Ordered Togo. Same burrito order different outcomes also forgot lettuce. I submitted feedback on the survey Nov 26. still haven’t heard back. Shitty service can’t trust Togo ordering and clearly management doesn’t care. 12/4 Update: Chipotle replied to review asking me to resubmit what I already submitted on Nov 26.

This is a fast food Mexican style chain restaurant. It is pretty good. The employees seemed efficient and there were some employees cleaning off tables and cleaning up too. We liked our food. Everything is made to order and you just tell them which toppings you want on your food and they prepare it right there n front of you.

I got take out an hour ago and whoever wrapped my burrito needs to learn how to wrap a burrito. The foil wasnt even fully covering the burrito and the burrito was shaped like a street taco. I opened the foil and my food went everywhere with everything inside the burrito falling out. Its really not that difficult. If the food inside is too big, double wrap the burrito.

So…I just went in there and ordered 3 burritos. First let me say all the staff was working, like the people in the back of the kitchen area were cleaning, there was a young lady cleaning the online order make table. The young man who helped me was very nice, he confirmed my choices a few times which was reassuring. After getting done with other prep a different young man came to help the lady after me with her order. They found more spicy red. Hey and then I found out Chipotle has turmeric lemonade…which btw was delicious. Anyway. Im just visiting so I can’t go here again but this was a chance encounter with an outstanding staff. Thank you all very much.

One of the guys there was clearly just pissed off the entire time thriugh mine and my girlfriends order he messed up an entire bowl trying to go to fast without actually listening to what we ask for everything he was doing was launching something across the counter because he was being aggressive and 3 things we ordered didn’t even make it into the bag due to him having to remake them incorrectly and then still couldn’t even remember to put it with our order I wish I got the name cause he deserves to be fired not one apology either

Historically this was the better medina chipotle location. Today there was no line and yet the two staff members making orders couldn’t be bothered to end their conversation to greet me and the girl that ended up taking my order seemed inconvenienced and irritated by my arrival. The chicken was too burnt to pay for, which both employees I mentioned it to had no interest in hearing. Hopefully today’s just an off day. Everyone seemed generally unhappy to be there.
