Are you kidding me? I ordered three crispy tacos, got home, opened the container and this is what I find. To say that the tacos contained traces of ingredients would be generous.

Tonite is my last night at this location? I drove 20 minutes to come here I arrived at 10:05pm on December 19th i was not greeted by one employee I had to Waite five minutes for a man to finish cleaning just for him to tell me they don’t have any more white rice, no chicken and not burnt overcooked steak. What a waste of time. I truly hope this location closes soon it’s ran terribly and most of the workers here lack customer service skills

Not a good experience. The pop machine was unclean with spills everywhere. Ice not working. And they had no forks! At 1pm. There were hardly any customers. Ate my bowl with a spoon. I mean…couldn’t they go across the street to the grocery store & buy some forks to get through the day. The food was meh. And the customer service was not friendly. Will not return to this location.

Last two times we’ve ordered from here, the meat is pretty burnt, and our bowls are a little light. Today unfortunately my fiancé’s order of chips was not included in our to-go bag. I should’ve double checked that the order sticker matched the contents of the bag, but he was bummed out.
The employees here are mostly friendly and pleasant; occasionally not so much.

Take-out service was terrible. Ordered two bowls and they both were made at the correct time but sat on counter for 10 minutes. Cold to the touch when finally bagged and given to me. Asked for them to be remade but was refused. When I actually ate my cold chicken bowl there were about 5 pieces of chicken. Won’t be getting take-out from here again.

Food has gone straight off the cliff. Carne Steak is overcooked Gristle Jerky. Straight to the garbage. Had to negotiate even 1/2 the bowl filled. 5 star dives to a 1. So sad. Service good but needs training. friendly but food so bad.

The worst chipotle experience ever. My wife brought me a chicken burrito as ordered and it had no chicken in it. I kept looking at every bite and never did find any. I will never come back to this place. First time ever I paid 9 dollars for rice and lettuce. Streetsboro is hands down better than this rob shop.

I don’t know who is running the place into the ground but it has become awful. The orders are either wrong, the food is terrible, or both. It wasn’t always like this. I’ll note that the store is usually clean and the staff seem nice enough but the food is not right. Portions and quality / consistency are all over the place. Three bad experiences in a row for me is enough.

This was my second time getting food here, and it’s just great! Service is outstanding, portions are perfect! I was a little skeptical of the tacos, but, let me tell you, they are the best tacos I’ve ever eaten!!

Update: I gave this location, a one star back about a year or two ago. The place was really falling apart. The staff was horrendous and they were always missing supplies. I am happy to say that I’ve been here a few times recently and they have a whole new crew that’s amazing. Friendly outgoing, chipper bright eyed. They’re not missing 1000 items if you walk in after 7 PM. Completely impressed with the turnaround of this place. I heard a new owner took it over. I’m not 100% sure about that but something definitely happened and they were able to get a great staff on board. I recommend this particular Chipotle again
I was in the parking lot at chipotle today. I was parked right next to a car that contained to chipotle employees and what look like the chipotle manager all getting high as a kite with marijuana in the parking lot in the car with the door open. The manager went back into Chipotle after he got high And another worker. I guess the last employee owned the car and was done working at 5:45 PM on Thursday, July 25 so he drove away high as a kite. This store has really gone downhill since it’s opening.
Up Date I had a catering order that I did online days before. It was supposed to be ready at 11:45 for pick up. I’m still sitting here waiting at 12:30 PM. When I asked a gentleman that works here if he knew how much longer it would be, he angrily said I don’t know.
In addition, the last couple times I came here the rice was dry and not very tasty. This particular location is really going downhill.
They never even took down all the chairs in the lobby.
There’s nothing worse than ordering your meal online. Paying someone to pick it up for you and deliver it to you only to open it up. Take a bite and find out it’s completely not what you ordered. Beyond irritating. I ordered Brown rice, black beans, sofrito (soy), cheese, sour cream, & lettuce. What I got was pork, guacamole, and peppers. Grrrr it was ordered online, so it was all written out easy to follow directions. The person that picked it up said they had a full crew there more people working than she had ever seen before. So they definitely were not understaffed. I had to pay a person to pick up the correct order and when I got that order, the burrito was half the size the original one was and half the size of what I normally get.
