I asked for extra extra cheese and she only gave me not even one portion so I had to ask again and she put cheese times three and charged me when she only put another little extra pinch after I had to ask her again. I’ve had people give me too much cheese and not even charge. Blonde hair in a braid with glasses.

The workers at this location usually spend more time talking to each other than trying to serve guests. Consistently through months of coming here they all just talk and make it super awkward making you think you are gonna be able to order but instead just chat to each other. I understand having a communicative environment but when it just holds up your service, and or just makes your experience that more worse, almost making you feel like you aren’t welcome and you are basically a burden, isn’t the best feeling for a food place. Especially for the cashier, consistently I have asked for things that they don’t put out like Napkins or a spoon, basic things and the cashiers are either happy to help or just down right sighing in your face and not responding to you. I just want a local place where I can feel comfortable to eat.

Food may be good but the staff is terrible. The cashier (torta) was very rude and THROWING our food around. If I wanted crushed chips I would have asked for them pre-crushed. Not only that, but she seemed to be mad when we walked in because she was at a table studying for anatomy. I am sorry you have to do your job, but stop being rude and maybe you would enjoy life more.

It was easy like always. I always get carnitas but my husband said the steak was good. The staff was friendly and fast with our orders. We sat down and had a good conversation it wasn’t noisy at all. I would recommend them.

Tip don’t sit at the door in the winter became a little bit chilly at times lol.

I just had the worst burrito of my life here. The rice was cold and crunchy. The guacamole was absolutely flavorless and has no salt at all. I ordered cheese on my burrito and there was none. The beans were also flavorless and had no salt or flavor at all. The portion size was also abysmal. I’ll note to go to one of the other locations instead. This is hands down the worst Chipotle meal I’ve ever had. No wonder sales are declining as Chipotle overcharges for increasingly low-quality food.

Very upset after coming home to a barbacoa bowl that had no meat and all fat! I took pictures and called the store back and was on the phone with them for 25 minutes and all they would give me was a buy one Get one free coupon. Not even a refund! This is the second time this store has given me mostly fat instead of barbacoa in my bowl.

I don’t think I’ll be returning and make sure you check your bowl and burritos!

Ordered 3 bowls. To my error I realized I messed up one bowl as they were putting lids on it. I admitted it was my mistake. I told the girl it was only supposed to be extra white rice and chicken and that it was my fault. I was than told that I would need to pay for the mistake as well, as it was company policy. I have been at Chipotle countless times and have seen people mess up their order and they usually turn around just throw it away. I have never seen someone be forced to pay for a mistake at a fast food place. I than called Chipotle customer service to make a formal complaint. I know I should just drop it, but for me it’s the principle. It was an innocent accident and being made to pay for it is crazy. Then to be lied to and told it was company policy to pay for a mistake. Customer service line said that is not the policy. Than to add insult to injury I was charged full rice for a 3pt bowl. At that point, I didn’t care and just paid so I could leave. I am in there all the time and am just disappointed.

Looks like at this chipotle they were running a buy one full price get it half full deal!! do not place orders through the app. workers are LAZY and will halfass your order. paying 1.45 for a barely half full cup of queso is ridiculous. they portion like it comes out of their paychecks. workers need reality checks and need refreshers on how to create a welcoming environment for customers without rbfs.

Ordered my baby a steak quesadilla… really? Meat looks gross. NO cheese. That’s the LEAST you could have done due to not making the quesadilla. Pure laziness. I went 7/10 & picked up at 10.

Mobile ordered a chicken salad to be delivered. Took 45 minutes for delivery. I’m at work, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Upon opening my food, it was horrible. NO lettuce in the salad, I used 500 points for a side of guac, which wasn’t sent. They put corn on the side instead. There was maybe 8 small pieces of chicken. Only thing correct on this order was the glass coke and a side of hot salsa. The bottom of my bowl was soupy from the tomatoes. I spent almost $15 for a bowl of guac and tomatoes. Tried calling the shop (10:30pm) and it’s a stupid automated voicemail. Food service is not a hard job, y’all need to get it together.
