I gave 3 stars for the food because the worker was scraping the bottom of the container for what look like food that have been sitting for a few hours to put inside my burrito. I wanted more fresh items. The workers seemed to get a attitude about it. Thats why I gave 3 stars for service. I usually enjoy coming here but seems as through they have hired new workers it used to be more seasoned workers that knew exactly what to do while working the line and making people orders. Things have changed, where are the old workers.

Meat was raw. Person making the food sneered at us, rolled their eyes and walked to the back. Served us several minutes later without explanation. We try back every few months but this location is a hole. Just shut it down already.

I had to edit my review, i come here very often.The last four or five times I have came here.The place is absolutely disgusting. This time I came and I asked them to clean the counter because there was sour cream and other food all over the place they wiped it off with a dirty rag.Leaving sour cream all over. I specifically asked the 2 girls not to drag my food through the sour cream. She said she was going to pick it up instead.She drug it through the sour cream.I refused the food.Please help clean up our location and make it back to the great thing that it was.

Might sound silly, but this might be one of the better Chipotles I’ve been to. Of course, the food was good, made fresh to order. The service was great. My order was placed online and I showed up 10 minutes before it was scheduled to be ready. The cashier Bryan was taking care of everyone and made sure my order was started. He was making jokes with the customers, cashed someone halfway down the street when something went wrong with their card, worked with the manager to resolve an issue with 2 swapped orders, and kept things light and funny. Overall, it’s in a great spot, seemed super clean, the orders moved quickly, and the food was coming out from the back kitchen fresh.

Not one to write bad reviews. I’ve worked in food service for over 3 years now… but this is seriously the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to all around and needs serious help. Every time I go in, they are out of things. And I’m not going in close to close either. I’ll be there at 7 and they will be “out” of rice. Half the time though, after they announce they are out of something they will have it no more than 10 minutes later. Which is fine, but they should be announcing that whatever they are “out of” will be out shortly. The workers? Some of the moodiest kids I’ve ever seen. When I asked them to double check for vinaigrette, this girl looked at me as if I had said something outrageous. Even though I quite literally saw some in the fridge. Guy checking me out also said nothing this time around besides the total. And left the register twice during my short transaction. Also, they were playing extremely explicit songs in the back loud enough for everyone to hear. Just the cherry on top. Management, do something. Unacceptable.

I had a really disappointing experience at my local Chipotle. They were out of ice and steak, which already limited the options, but the worst part was the guacamole—it looked brown and unappetizing. For a place that’s known for fresh ingredients, this was unacceptable. Overall, it felt poorly managed and not up to the standard I expect. I don’t think I’ll be continuing as a customer after this visit.

Where takeout/online orders go to die.
Update: continues to be a problem location, especially for any to-go orders. As of 11/10, I walked in around 7pm to see an employee yelling at one of the many customers standing way too close together saying “it’s not our fault, we only have one person on take-out”. FYI: it’s their fault. See my pictures of takeout orders left behind 2 hours after they were “promised”. This location is mismanaged and understaffed- at one visit the cashier told the group you see in my picture that “it’s not our fault, we get too many orders.” This is when you put more people assigned to producing takeout. Right now it appears they are running 1-1-1-1 operation with one person at each station. If between the hours of 11:30am- 2pm or 6:00-9:00 pm, go somewhere else.

The chipotle on 2042 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223 has young lazy workers in the kitchen who are busy talking, joking and checking there phones. The Black woman serving the line seem like she was working by herself.
