many times I had issues here. last time they dropped my burrito on the floor right in front of me yes it was wrapped but also sort of open.
today I got my veggie bowl with raw rice. which makes you severely ill. online customer service refused to refund me and when you call it’s a nationwide help line. good luck. I’m done with chipotle. never ordering again

I am an absolute Chipotle fanatic,I can eat it all day EVERY day,so when this location on pearl Rd opened up right by where I live I was excited. The food taste good just like any other location but my biggest issue at this location is the portion size,I always get a bowl elsewhere and I’m always full and iv been to hundreds of chipotle location across the country since I travel for work. Iv been to this pearl location about 10 times since they’ve opened and every single time the bowl portion are unbelievably LOW and I’m still hungry afterwards which is a shame. When I open the lid I can see the bottom of the bowl meaning almost half the bowl isn’t even filled with food. I wish the portions were better and that’s my only issue.

I still struggle to understand the businesses they are putting in our town. Another experience the same pretty much. So, I keep saying I’m going to give Chipotle one more try. Our brand new location on Pearl. I went in for me and my son it was $40 and I did a double take at how much it cost. I got no drink. And to no surprise, just like the others now, Chipotle used to be so amazing… I couldn’t believe how bad it was. Quality of their meats is horrible now but you’re still paying the prices. 100% of my steak was fatty and tough, and that is because I won’t get the chicken anymore because it’s not what it used to be and has no longer been all white chicken breast for some time. The chips were dark and tasted like grease and we’re not good, I ate half of it and told my son he can have the rest at home and I never, not finish my food as I love dining out. Not good food. That is the last time I will ever buy chipotle. No more. That is it for me. Done with this place. Not to mention, you build another location and just like everywhere else, you walk in… it is so small and not inviting to eat in with hardly any places to sit. Nothing was good about it. Except for the young adults behind the counter were polite and nice. So thank you.

Pretty lousy portion sizes. The girl with glasses made my food and really skimped out on everything. Can’t I just get a full scoop of beans? I mean, beans are pretty cheap. I had to ask for extra beans because she gave me a tiny scoop, and then she gives me five extra beans.. and it was the same way for all of the ingredients. Kind of felt like I was given a middle finger. If you don’t want my business, that’s fine by me, I will definitely not be returning.

The very first time I went here when they had newly opened was wonderful.
Everyone was nice and the food was fresh.
Since then every time I go everyone is still nice, but the meat is clearly dried out and rice hard.
I know they’re not overcooking it because they use timed machines, so it must just be sitting out too long.

I don’t even want to give them 1 star lol. They messed up on my online order didn’t give me the queso and guac I paid for. And also added shredded cheese which I didn’t ask for. When we took the bowl back, we were met with a rude attitude from the dude who made the bowl and he decided to get the manager. The guy gave us a hard time about remaking it. The manager was cool about it and told him to just remake it like no problem. Well, this dude decided to SLOP on a comical amount of guac and queso. Like I’m not even joking. About half of a regular sized pint of guac you’d get at the store. The queso he added was poured into my bowl and ruined it. AND, he almost put shredded cheese on it again. Awful service and location. I would avoid it like the plague. The chicken was also really undercooked.

went at 10 pm 12/28/25 and the service was absolutely horrible. not only was the lady on line being disrespectful to the others on there and crap talking to the worker behind her about the people in lobby but the lady at register didn’t even speak, pointed at the screen at our price and got a mumbled crappy “have a good night” appearing that they didn’t even want us in there. this was my first trip to the new chipotle and it’s already a bad reputation for this location. whoever management or even owners are, need to do better and review these workers they have at this location.

Used the drive thru this visit. They left the chips out. The manager seemed annoyed I drove back to get them. I’d rather go to Taco Bell to be honest. Too many Chipotle restaurants if you ask me and they can’t seem to staff properly. Food quality has gone down hill too, beans we cold and in pieces. Quac was over salted.

Like all chipotle’s, my mobile order wasn’t ready and complete chaos inside. Waited 15 mins and just canceled order for refund. No wonder chipotle is going downhill and so is their business. Will def defer on this location and chipotle in general now for other options.

When it comes to portions this place is an absolute JOKE. I have been to this location plenty of times due to the convenience of the Drive-thru option and every single time I go there I am super disappointed with the portions. I will be taking my money back to the other location off Center rd where the portions are at least better.
