Ordered online for pick up. Food was cold, not flavorful at all. The sour cream on my bowl was super runny & not of consistency, ended up getting sick. I also had a side of gauc & chips, the entire container of gauc that was given to me was already browned & chunky. Clearly it was not “fresh.” My first time going to this location, & last. The person who was at the register checking people out looked like he didn’t even want to be there.

Place was dirty as can be. Food was extremely cold!! I’ve always loved eating at Chipotle the last 10+ years. But very disappointing when my husband and I came to eat on Friday. Both me and my husband had stomach issues after consuming the food. He got tacos and I got a burrito bowls. I’m sad to say that the quality of the food has gone downhill and very quickly.

Every time my family orders the chips are under cooked. I thought they were stale until I looked it up and saw stale taste= undercooked chips. And they are over salted :(. PLEASE take this in consideration while cooking! Sometimes we don’t even receive the chips we ordered. The burritos are pretty good though. Which I appreciate because Chipotle is one of the only planted based fast food options around!

How are you open til 11, but always out of stuff by 9? Tonight was corn and chicken. Last time cheese and corn. Time before that chicken pastor and corn. I understand you have to control costs and it’s hard predicting trends, but when you aren’t prepared it makes loyal customers like me go elsewhere like tonight. Please stock your food for the hours you are open

There’s been something strange going on at the westlake chipotle. I’ve been visiting this location a lot for a while now but a couple weeks ago I got very bad food poisoning that costed me a trip to the ER, I suspected it was from my burrito. Today my sister confirmed my suspicions after she and 3 of her friends got chipotle and they ALL got really sick and my sister threw up multiple times. The only thing all our orders had in common was lettuce. So there seems to be a problem as of recently with the quality of cleanliness or purity of the food. Anyways this should be a large concern because otherwise this is a great location. All of our orders were eaten immediately at the store.

This is one of the WORST Chipotle locations. HORRIBLE customer service!! very careless and sloppy with the food preparation. Order online for pick up and you practically have to beg for someone’s attention to give you your order. I went one time and they gave my order to another customer. Just a mess.

Picked up three tacos. They were poorly prepared and all three smashed into a foil. All tortillas became wet and the whole tacos fell apart. Basically ate tacos with a fork. Each taco should have been packaged in separate foil to preserve the integrity of the food.
