This Chipotle just opened up recently. I ordered online and picked up through their Chipotlane. My order was ready on time and the staff was very nice.
The food was correct and good. I recommend the veggie bowl. I would order from this one again.

Ew please avoid the new Chipotle at Ridge Park Square. After waiting 20 minutes for my order I was told “we’re out of chicken” and had to wait another 15 minutes. Finally received my food. Chicken tasted rubbery. Thought it was a fluke and kept eating. More rubber chicken. I looked at it and it looked like it was raw. I’m so disgusted. I contacted chipotle and they are refusing to refund me and instead gave me a free entree. I will never eat there again.

I have tried this location twice now and don’t think I will be returning. First time, ordered the build your own for 4-6 people. Received random portions of all the toppings and a kids meal size portion of the beans and chicken. Had to go back to get the right thing, manager made everything right, so I wasn’t mad. Just an inconvenience. Gave them a try again and had 2 orders to pick up. Took 25 minutes for 1 car ahead of me to get their order. Finally get to the window and got my 2 bags. Made it home only to realize the bowls inside one bag were for a whole different order. Took it back to get the correct bowls and still got the wrong order after specifying which order I was missing. I didn’t even bother saying anything, but I don’t think I will be returning to this location. Poor lady working the chipotlane was by herself and overwhelmed.

Chipotle use to be a well placed to enjoy the good burrito, but now their employees have the worst attitude in a fast food place. The food is Not the same like 20 years ago. In addition their employees need more training and more customers services knowledge. Customer are who paid chipotle employees salary not the company.

Personally I have always had good experiences at this Chipotle, but at the end of the day, Chipotle is Chipotle and everyone’s experiences differs. I personally have learned over my years of eating chipotle that the best time to go is around lunch. If you’re attempting to get it for dinner, I’d advise going a little earlier than everyone else. The staff at this specific Chipotle is always very friendly, sociable, and the portions of the food are always great.

I work in the plaza and will order 10 minutes ahead of time so i can pick up the food on my break. i only get 30 minutes so thankfully they have the chipotlane to make it easy and quick to pickup!! wrong!! it takes 30+ minutes to pick up my food, when i get to the window it wasn’t even made yet. in a plaza where people work and will show up for their lunch breaks, you would think there would be more effort for a quick process time so they could go above and beyond with service. guess not ♀️

Ordered my food through the chipotle app and I usually arrive a few minutes after they tell me it will be done just in case. When I walked in there was no action going on anywhere besides the cashier scrolling on her phone with a line of people waiting to order. When someone finally let her know I was standing there I received my food. Already annoyed I walked out of the store to just go enjoy my food…..until I got home and my food was as cold as it was outside. I’m talking it felt cold enough to think they kept it in a refrigerator. When I mentioned it on the chipotle app the response I got was we apologize we will make sure this is brought to their attention. Will not be returning and Im not sure if I will be returning to any chipotle anytime soon.

I just went in there and the person that made my bowl was extremely nice and gave me great portions and the person that was ringing me out after I asked for chips told me that they were old and gross and that they would would make me some fresh ones. It took them literally 5-6 minutes and they filled the entire bag with the best chips I’ve ever had from chipotle, AS WELL AS giving me a free vinaigrette and medium drink for my wait. AND while I was waiting I was asked by another person if I had been helped yet and she was really polite. 10/10 service !!!!! Made my night!

Slowest store I’ve ever stepped foot into. Why have a to go order, make two burrito bowls but don’t have the other fried food ready. Then let the bowls get cold and have hot fried food and that’s it. Don’t understand why people can’t grab the concept of multitasking is.
