I placed a delivery order as I normally do. I normally don’t have any issues with any of my orders. This time I received the wrong order. I received chicken and not double steak that I ordered. Had to drive over there and get the right order. When I got there everyone behind the counter didn’t know a thing about customer service. I was greeted with dirty looks and immense poor attitude. I asked for the manager and just as he came out to speak to me the girl stroked off and yelled that she gave me my order. Idk about anyone else, but this is unacceptable, unprofessional behavior in any place of business. It will be the last time I order from Chipotle at Wilson Mills. Smdh….

Just walked out of there. Holy Jesus. I try not to leave negative reviews but I can’t NOT.
I gave all of the workers nothing but respect and manners, despite eyerolls and literally tossing my bowl hard enough on the station to spill food out of it. But whatever, maybe the place is worth a shot.
Nope. The restaurant itself is a wreck, food all over the tables and the drink station covered with napkins. Yet, there’s 3 girls (who are workers) just standing and chatting at the register. Line was slow enough to make 3 people walk out, including a Highland Heights officer who was on his lunch break.
The bowls themselves I really am not sure of, too. Tons of veggies and whatever toppings, no beans or chicken. Maybe that’s just a teaching error but man…God bless the one girl who knew what she was doing at the tortilla station, because she was the only one doing anything.
For everyone else at that counter, what are we doing??? Fire the entire staff and get some applications in. Unacceptable.

I haven’t been to this location in a while, so this is another new review. I’ve always received excellent service and food here whenever I order. The young lady who was my server was nice and accommodating.
The food was good, especially the rice it was warm, which sometimes isn’t the case at most Chipotles
Plus, the vinegarette was not just a small eye drop in the cup. Thanks

This location and staff are still number one all by themselves. No matter when you go in, they’re on their job with the food and great customer service. Plus you can see they like working together

Garbage. Place was a mess. Always out of ice. All the soda was water. Rice was bland, some of it was hard and had zero seasoning. The veggies were sitting in there just old. No chips. I got 3 pieces of chicken. Just horrible.i spent $13 had two bites and threw it out.

First and foremost the customer service here is absolutely awful. You could be the only person in the line and still stand there for 15 minutes while 5 people stand there and talk or argue about who’s going on break at 8:30. Yelling, swearing, bitching and complaining about doing their jobs. Because they are too busy talking to each other rather than focusing on the customer things get missed. BUT DONT DARE ASK AT THE REGISTER FOR THE SECOND TIME BECASE “why are these people asking for so much they can ask while they are down here” this staff definitely needs help. They lack the skills to simply scoop food into a bowl and swipe a card. Oh and it’s really really hard to scoop queso into a container. Well it must be because it’s bitched about.

The manager comes to take my order an instantly tries to rid me out of the line (mind you there is no line I am the only person ordering food). I tell her exactly what I want she still makes it a point to make it seem like a chore to do her job. Very dismissive, very short , not welcoming at all. We finally get down the line for me to pay for my food and she couldn’t even make sure my bowl was closed all the way (You can visibly look and see that it was not ). I have no been to a chipotle in a WHILE and safe to say if/ when I do I will not be this location.

I buy salad bowls at least 3 times a week from Chipotle, twice I’ve had to stop at the on in highland heights several months apart and both times the lettuce barely covers the bottom, beans serving is not even a whole spoon and I have to get double chicken just to make up the selfish servings and they never have vinaigrette dressing. I promised myself the 1st time I would never come to this location again and I was truly hoping it would be better this time and I only got 4 ingredients, mixed greens, black beans double chicken and tomatoes. My bowl was a little over half full and it was so light the bag seemed to be empty. I guess the ingredients belong to the server and she scared she going to run out before the end of the year SMDH

8 pm on a Saturday night. Walked in for a burrito and was told only online ordering. Just stupid. I got cash. I got card. What’s stopping them from taking your order cause it’s definitely not the system being down if they’re taking the online orders still. I told my fiance no this one used to suck I don’t want to go. He said come on let’s try it. Yup. Never trying this location again.

Absolutely horrible service I mean seriously we were waiting at the end with the card (our food was being made no one was paying ) and the lady looks me up and down “what?” what? “WHAT???” With the most insane attitude ever just answering her question then she starts whispering too her worker things obviously about us that’s when we payed and left but had to return for another order a lady was ordering and she saw the steak (burnt too the crisp) and ask for it off in shock of how it could be that bad then the workers took each individual peace out the lady asked for new rice as you would think ? And the workers got extremely upset with them basically shoving the spoons of rice and chicken and cheese im not sure if the lady even stayed and I don’t blame her and of course workers in front of her whispering and bickering about it
