Walk in the restraunt is a mess, there’s zero customers there and 5 employees, out of corn salsa, chips, silverware and napkins. Place could use a lot of freshening up on customer service and cleanliness

Place is good just like any other Chipotle just be careful if you Doordash here they could forget something. They have forgotten something in my order 3+ times. Some of the times it was the chips, the drinks(coke bottle) and a entire burrito. I recommend pickup so of they forget anything you could tell them.

Ordered 3 taco’s for lunch. My order was super simple only asked for steak, fajita, and corn. I received only steak and corn. Barely any meat to cover a taco and all shells were broken. Don’t know why I even bother to give this franchise another chance.

It’s amazing how this location went from lines outside the door to barely anyone at all. The food is uneditable at this point—the pork is very soggy and filled with fat. Chipotle is usually a decent chain, but it’s worth driving to North Royalton to get instead of this. Or just go to Bubbakoos down the street.

Every time we go there out of atleast one thing, sometimes two things. Mostly vinaigrette they NEVER have. Tonight they didn’t have vinaigrette, lettuce, or cheese! It’s 7pm (once again) and they should have it if they’re open until 11pm.
Very annoyed with this place every time we go. Sometimes the people don’t even fill our bowls or give us attitude when serving us. This time we ended up leaving without getting anything because this is ridiculous.

This Chipotle is the absolute worst. Go literally anywhere else. The employees are rude. The managers are rude. This is the second time I’ve gotten here almost an hour after opening and they still don’t have their food prepared for the day. I waited from the time I ordered my food in the front of the line 25 minutes before I was able to pay because that’s how slow they were moving. 10 minutes of that was waiting for a bag of chips. There was no steak. There was only white rice. There was no queso dip. There was no chimichurri sauce. There was no fajitas. I ended up just ordering a kids meal and leaving because they didn’t have the ingredients to make my typical order! The employees act like you’re doing them a disservice by coming in. What a terrible location.

Been coming here for years and they have declined in quality and service the past 3 or 4 years. Today is the last straw. Bowls not even half full. 3 maybe 4 table spoon fulls of food total. This was a door dash order so that’s out of my control. When I go in they typically will load a bit more but they are extremely skimpy with the ingredients.

We’ve been here a few times. The service here is slow- they had one person doing all the work and the line was to the door, they lied about not having guacamole when you could clearly see that they had it on the to go cart (and were out of a bunch of other things), and the lady running the register had to be reminded to wash her hands when she returned from the bathroom. Will not return to this location.

Like others have said, this location skimps on portion sizes when getting pickups or delivery. Pictured is a bowl – received about 70% full. Request for double rice not fulfilled. Not a lot of meat. Chips are stale as well. Around 2pm on 7/30.
Inside, it appears rather clean and smells amazing. There is often a long line to order, even during off times.
