When you walk into the place and it is slightly dim. Walking into the place further, I could see it was to hide the level of filth. The line, (this is where the food is stored kept hot or cold for those that don’t know) always looks like a bomb went off. It is not that hard to clean the crap off the line. I’ve worked in restaurants. There is no excuse for a line looking that despicable. I have been there 5 times in the evening for work dinner and 5 times it looked like that.
I walk in and stand in line and wait. Despite me being the only customer in the place, no one comes to the line to greet me and ask me what I want. The fajita vegetables look like they’ve been in the holding tank forever. I wouldn’t touch the steak if you paid me. And the guacamole was not stirred. It just sat there, super oxidized, and nasty looking. After not being paid attention to for a couple minutes, as people stood around and played on their phones. It wasn’t until I directly walked up to the cash register that someone realized that I was there and needed help. The food looks so bad sitting in the wells I decided to get a mexican coke and walk out.
The drink station was an absolute disaster and calamity, as many people have mentioned before. That hasn’t changed one bit.
Why couldn’t this place be nice and clean like the Lakewood store, for any of the others that I have been to?
I will tell you why. Accountsability starts at the top and works its way down. There is someone who works in that restaurant in management who runs things whose standards are not up to snuff. This is evident by the level of filthiness and uncleanliness in the place. If people treat their workplace like this, imagine what their home looks like.
I love chipotle, and I would love to give this place a second chance. If issues are addressed, I will go back and update my review.

I work down the street and eat here for lunch every Friday. I don’t know what these other reviews are talking about. I’ve never had a negative experience here. The food always seems fresh, and the employees are always friendly and quick.
The only two issues I have with the place are 1) It can certainly be cleaner, especially the drink station, and 2) Mobile ordering is actually slower than just waiting in line because the employees will wait to make your order until you come in and ask about it, even if it’s past the pickup time. That’s why I always just come in and wait in line. Even at the busiest time, I’m in and out in 15 minutes.

This Chipotle Mexican Grill was pretty good it was my first time at this location. I was greeted when I first walked in and was asked about my order. The server was very friendly with a great smile. I really enjoyed her waiting on me because of her customer service. They also had all the food online to serve their customers

It’s been a year since I’ve last been to this location. I was greeted when I came in, and the server was great. It was the kitchen that was behind. The blame lands on management and training, and to me, that’s it. Hire those who want to work and train them well. Plus, make sure the night shift or whomever prep enough food for the day

This location is the only location that I have given multiple chances to prove me wrong that they are not horrible . After consistently getting my order wrong every time I have to write this! This has got to be the worse location unless you go early in the morning. I I don’t recommend!

I went in to order. I was the only customer in there. The lady behind the counter was sweeping something up in the same spot for 10 minutes and not taking my order. A door dasher walked in and got served before me. The counter was disgusting and the steak wasn’t cooked and mostly pink. I drove down the road to a different Chipotle. I’m not going to be ignored and get food poisoning on top of it.

45 min wait for on line order and each order was made wrong, it was like the employees threw whatever they wanted to throw in all our food, nothing had the right ingredients in it, our burrito was not wrapped correctly the tacos were smashed, have the food was in our bag, lol, went into store and it was a messy dining room, I witnessed employees walking around on phones, one actually scratched her hair while having a glove on and continued to make someone’s food!

I placed an online order. When I walked in, no one was visible in store, 2 workers were seen in back and not responsive to me talking to them. It was a mess, food was all over the counters, bags were spilled, a giant bowl of rice was abandoned on back counter. Another worker walked in from outside the restaurant and asked if everything was ok because I was walking out and then the other two workers appeared from the back and let me know they were all out of 5 of their major foods. The restaurant was supposed to be open for 2 more hours. Don’t go to this chipotle! No wonder they have a 2 star rating.

I was looking for my Chipotle fix and this one was just a few minutes from my hotel in Independence.
I was not sure about this Chipotle due to some of the reviews but had a great meal on a Sunday afternoon.
I had a chicken burrito and chips/salsa. There was no line when I arrived and my food was prepared quickly. While I was eating it got more crowded but it looked like the line kept moving.
The burrito was tasty. I’ve never eaten at an OH Chipotle (I’m from Texas) and the hot salsa is much hotter than the version at home (in a good way).
The employees were very friendly and efficient. I would definitely consider eating here again the next time I’m in the area.

Avenger Chipotle’s all over the US and this one is always out of product not very clean behind the counter. The young man who waited on me was extremely Pleasant and friendly but they were out of chicken fajitas chips it was only 7:00 p.m.. I think this particular store has a hard time keeping employees
