Awful. No flavor in guac, no lime flavor like it’s supposed to have. Many of our chips thin and stale ! Our bowl full of RICE two measly tablespoons of meat. The only good chipotle anymore is on West 165th and Lorain (kamms corner). And it’s worth the drive because it’s the only way you’re getting good chipotle anymore. They’re all bad not, either out of ingredients or lack of flavor always something wrong. I’m not satisfied with my food today at all.

Marissa the manager did not handle this issue properly I called call the location and explain to them. I found hair in my food. The person who actually made my bowl answered The phone told me no manager was available so I than drove to the location. Marissa was the manager on shift. Marissa did not handle this issue properly the staff member who made my Bowl was still on shift working without a hat still had long red hair in a ponytail. I’m not sure why they don’t wear hairnets. She told me chipotle doesn’t provide them. She said chipotle only provides a hat and that’s what they have to wear refuse to refund my whole order I turned in a bowl and a burrito. She only will refund me for the Bowl only because that’s the only thing I attempted to eat I was not about to open the chipotle burrito to see what their hair inside of it.

Extremely poor service and management. I placed an online order for a 10:20 AM pickup. When I arrived, my food was already finished and just needed to be bagged. Instead of handing it over, the employee stopped mid-task to chat with a friend and take other orders. It is incredibly frustrating to watch your food sit there while the staff prioritizes socializing over completing a ready order. If you are unable to manage a basic pickup schedule or your own staff, it’s better to just close the doors entirely.”

I ordered 3 meals 2 Bowls and and a burrito on the app between the two bowls we received 1/2 or a spoon of protein they had the nerves to cover the bowl in sour cream to hid the lack of meat in the bowl, after I wanted 25 minutes for my food after it was said to have already been ready I’m pissed

Told 10 min to get cheese, 30+ minutes later. Girl at cashier spent the entire time talking to her friend this continued even during check out. She did not even address us or ask if we needed anything else. Restaurant needed cleaned but ignored… Not the experience I would accept as acceptable. Service here keeps getting worse. Will not be back to this location.

Horrible and gross behavior at Vista Way location.
Customer service has really taken a tumble here at a prime traveler location. Cheese and rice was basically intertwined in all the ingredients on the service stations. From the tortilla worker, salsa worker, expo, and the cashier seemed almost in a “zombie like state” where it seemed impossible for them to understand any of the guests orders. No smiles, no greetings, and honestly not even a morsel of compassion and interest was shown to anyone ordering.
I will not return to this location and I will not recommend anyone I care about as well. Corporate needs to assess this location immediately.

Terrible service, rude, disrespectful, angry manager and assistant manager. I had an issue with my food and they just told me , “do you want it or not.” Worst service I ever had in a chipotle. Don’t go there unless you like getting yelled at and disrespected. Manager and area manager have terrible customer service. Go anywhere else.

If you want to wait in line for thirty minutes and have a a rude employee toss your food around without a care in the world this is your spot. If you love laziness and never having everything on the menu available you must try. The scanner wasn’t working and they would not give me a receipt. Had to wait 20 minutes on the phone just to get my rewards thats it. So again, if you love a good pain the butt, this is the go to spot

Let start with the food No fajita mix the meat No steak no one told her that steak was out . Service the cashier was on her phone and walking back to kitchen to anything when she should’ve went out front and cleaned up just a little. The photos speak for itself . Now after all that I paid 19 dollars for a chicken because the person I was getting it for is autistic and there food has to be separated .
