Stopped in last night for opening day! So glad they opened a Chipotle within walking distance of my house. It was cool to see how they converted this historical building into a Chipotle. My bowl was super delicious and the employees were diligent in keeping the restaurant clean at all times!

I went an hour before the close time. Although there was chicken apparently cooking on the flat top the chicken offering in the pan was old cold and definitely not sold for some time they had no cheese old grilled peppers old cold rice (both kinds). I thought he was going to sub the caso cheese for regular cheese on my bowl but did not but was still charged as if it was along with a side order of caso and chips that when I got home had less than a third of a half of an order in the bag. The guy was very nice and had good customer service just didn’t have the product needed.

I had an amazing experience at this Chipotle, and I have to shout out Lisa! She was incredibly patient, super kind, and made my food with so much care—honestly like she was making tacos for herself. You could tell she really takes pride in what she does. The customer service was on point, the food was fresh and delicious, and Lisa’s friendly attitude made the whole visit even better. I am really shocked at all of the low reviews. I eat at this location frequently- normally during my lunch hour. They are always stocked, clean, food is great, and Felicia (I believe by my receipt) is always so polite and friendly! Does not follow instructions in the slightest. No extra cheese or sour cream, in fact I can’t really find either. Could not tell if it was overcooked chicken or steak. I get chipotle a lot, and it actually tastes like chicken seasoned as if it were steak, and then burnt

Go to Cilantro or Ohio City Burrito instead. West 25th is so special because there’s not really any chains and all the spots are local. This spits in the face of the personality the neighborhood has. Cilantro and OHCB are also cheaper and taste better.

I wish I could give zero Stars. The food here is trash. The employees here don’t care. In fact, I even saw them fighting with each other in front of customers. Please do yourself a favor and walk 20 steps across the street to Ohio City burrito. It’s a local business. The food is better and the employees are all delightful
