Placed an order for lunch on the app for pick up at 11:30am, it still wasn’t ready at 11:50am ugh. So make sure you order way ahead of time, cause they are slow. This restaurant is super small and crowded for this area. I always regret doing a pickup order because the bowls are very skimpy. So I don’t recommend online ordering at all from any Chipotle.

I found out that I had to wait on more chicken to be made after my rice and beans were scooped into the bowl. I realized my food would be cold if I continued to wait. The entire staff was having a conversation like no one was waiting. The counters were filthy also. I decided to leave as I didn’t feel welcome.

I was picking up 2 drinks in the drive through window, had several employees look dead at me and keep going. I attempted to call the store to be met with an AI. Once someone did approach us, our drinks were not even ready, and we had to wait even longer for someone to put the drink in the cup after I got a notification that they were ready. It took 20 minutes to get the drinks, no apology, and the chatbot is completely useless. I will not be going back

ordered 2 bowls and chips to go. get back to the office and there is literally only 1 bowl and half the ingredients were missing. I paid $26 for the stalest coldest rice, a handful of lettuce, and cold steak. I only got a refund for 1 bowl and chips. so I had to pay my coworker back and just sit with the saddest “lunch” i’ve ever received. last time I ordered here I ordered hard steak tacos and they gave me soft. Do not eat here. they will steal your money and not give you your food

The food was delicious. I live the Chimchure (spelling) it is amazing! They have this one young lady though at the steelyard chipotle who is always so sour looking. Not sure if she realizes or cares that she is in the service industry. Each time we have been she has the same look of I don’t want to be here, and I don’t care who knows it. Lol smh

i wish i could rate lower. i got my food and it was extremely cold, as if they put it in the refrigerator or never heated it up, i was somewhat okay with it maybe it was transportation or the weather at fault. but as i was eating it, i felt a weird crunch, and it was plastic in my food. a big chunk of this plasticy tape texture.
im glad chipotle corporation helped me out and gave me compensation but this was insane and shouldn’t have happened. i wanted chipotle after a long day and im unsatisfied with this food and disappointed with this specific store.

Sat at drive thru 12 minutes before anyone even came to window. 4 employees looked right at me. I could see my food on the shelf. Got home and half the order was wrong and missing. No utensils either. Just go to literally any other location. This one doesn’t deserve to remain open. Everyone in this location is rude and on their phones.

They are closed inside, due to not having enough people working. So I waited in the line for the window because you can’t call and speak to anyone. I wanted my sour cream first then my toppings. Definitely not extra corm or extra tomatoes either. lady said yeah that’s fine no problem, took my name. Got back to work and ofcourse there are no fajitas in my bowl and the sour cream is on top. I tipped 2 dollars on the online ordering for them to still not make it like I asked at the window. These places are just getting worse and worse. Don’t even waste your time.

Came here with a group of coworkers for lunch. The lunch crew seemed very efficient and got the long line moving fast. The two girls at the register helped me with the app when I couldn’t find the code to scan for points.
Everyone’s food was good and we all left happy and full.
My only ask to the restaurant is that they assign someone to keep the dinning area clean. I miss the old days when most fast food Restaurants spots had one person assigned to keeping dinning room constantly clean, tables wiped, floor swept and garbage emptied.
Overall, great experience and a solid spot for lunch.

Waiting on my order and watched after a female told me they were about to bag my online order that was not ready when the app told me it was. Then watched another female eat behind the counter while the other female bagged my order and left it on the food prep counter, she then began to clean up the area while my bag still sat for another 10 minutes until the one that was done eating decided to hand my bag
Childish and almost racial attitude from disgruntled and probably hungover workers is not a healthy environment to choose from anymore
Just will not eat high priced garbage and pay with my hard earned money and time
