Horrible experience and service. Staff was super slow . Line all the way to the door . I stop to get chips and cheese for a lite lunch. The bag almost felt as if nothing was in it . I get home and discovered that it was a corner of the bag of chips and condiment cup for the cheese. So disappointed on the small portion of chips and dip for $5.00 whole dollars . I’d been better off buying a big bag ruffles . Least I know it would my money’s worth ☹️. Chips wasn’t hot , cheese was cold and nasty and very bland. Stale chips and cold cheese that’s what received. Not worth the hype at all .

Everytime I order from here my order is never right. I shouldn’t have to travel farther just to get better service and better food quality. If you don’t like you job find another one and stop messing up people food! I work hard for my money and if I want double meat it just better be a huge amount you guys charge almost $8 extra for double meat like cmon now do better.

Truly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I placed an online order to be picked up at 9:30. The doors were locked half an hour before the store closed, the store was completely trashed, and the were out of fajita veggies, black beans, cheese, and all rice. I was not approached by anyone for 15 minutes until I was told I would not be receiving my order due to a lack of ingredients. Do yourself a favor and don’t shop here. This manger needs to be fired and the staff needs to be properly trained. So disappointed in Chipotle today.

This establishment literally has went through so many different managers and yet the store has not elevated in no form. The current General Manager Lennesha Clark is terrible her attitude is unacceptable as a leader. From the way the store is ran u can tell she hires and don’t train that’s why her store can’t pass an inspection. Customer service is at an all time low the are continuously messing up orders and when corrected the crew is very disrespectful. The store is always filthy restroom included. I would never eat here again

Was just called FAT by a line worker upon entering the establishment. I did nothing to warrant that statement towards me. I walked in and he called me “Fat Albert” while him and his male coworker stood there laughing. I did inform him that I did not want him to make my bowl and I requested another line worker. They sent a woman wearing glasses currently on shift now and she was very sweet. I informed the woman what happened and she apologized on behalf of her coworker which is something that she should have not had to do. I’m not sure what type of weird, hostile energy is in the air but that encounter was very weird, rude and uncalled for. Now, if I wanted to throw around stereotypes I could address the black male with starter locks that insulted me as a black thug that looked inebriated and high. Him being high would be the only excuse to say such a derogatory statement to a customer unwarranted. The noise I can make about his I’ll refrain but I highly recommend etiquette and customer service training for staff that will be facing the public. Very weird

This location always has many issues. Today, the steak in my bowl was burnt and tasted like grill shavings. Nothing was fresh, and I went in at 7:50pm so it wasn’t like they were closing that soon. Along with the sour cream that tasted expired.The girl at the register had a nasty attitude, and a very unsettling tone because I asked for a vinaigrette and to scan for points. Everyone has such a nasty attitude creating a very unwelcoming space. It’s truly sad that this is the closest chipotle to me and it’s been going down hill ever since those young women started working in there with all of the negativity they bring. If you want chipotle i’d recommend going to the one one cedar fairmount a few minutes away from this location!!

This place is trash. The workers are unclean, look at you like you owe THEM something, and they always are having problems with their payment system.
Just today we had to order our food online bc they were only taking cash, and the food wasnt ready when it was supposed to be… PLUS there was like 20 ppl waiting and they were waiting longerthan i was!
They didnt even call the peoples names as the food was finished either. That and my order was messed up of course.
Do yourself a favor and dont go there. its not worth it.
