I went here yesterday (3/2) and got a bowl, shortly later I ate it and then got extreme food poisoning!! I should’ve know something was off when I saw the cook eating a piece of meat mid cooking with his gloves on which is extremely unsanitary. I came to write a review and seen that there are several others that have experienced this which is honestly crazy. There should be no reason why you’re combing through reviews and within 3 scrolls you find 3 food poisoning reviews. I will be contacting BBB and directly contacting Chipotle corporate. There are certain sanitary and health practices they aren’t following and it’s showing. I’ve never in my life had food poisoning, this chipotle was the first.

The workers were rude. They were very obviously annoyed that we were even there in the first place. They completely ripped us off with portions. They threw everything together unevenly. They literally threw our bowls and burritos in the bag angrily before hastily ringing us out. The amount we paid for this food was unacceptable. I see why they have such few stars on their google reviews. I paid $14 for a half-filled burrito bowl that looks/tastes like it was thrown together by a child. Save your money and order from the other various Mexican restaurant. For $14, you can get an enormous burrito from a nearby Mexican restaurant in Olmsted falls that is way better than what they serve here. No wonder Chipotle has such a bad reputation.

I usually order from Chipotle often and I’ve always had a decent experience, but this location was by far the worst in terms of customer service.
From the moment I walked in, the employee who was preparing my food had a very unfriendly attitude. I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable the entire time. It honestly seemed like he didn’t want to be there or didn’t want to serve me.
Good food is important, but service matters just as much. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing and left a bad impression. I hope management takes customer service more seriously at this location.

I come to this chipotle often and most times McKenna is working. Every time I come in she’s so kind and greets me. She always compliments me and leaves me feeling so much better off. She is a great worker and makes the experience better for me and many other customers.

I have never had Chipotle until recently thanks to my daughter wanting me to try it. Ever since that day, I feel like I now eat Chipotle more than she does. What has she done? The carnitas and steak are my absolute favorite. The flavors are so good it should be illegal.

On this good Sunday I decided to go to chipotle. I was in very good spirits when I arrived ready to grub on some of my favorite food. 1 when I walked in the stations looked nasty, food was cross contaminated and all over the counter. 2 The servers weren’t that kind and I’m overall just dissatisfied with my service. 3 As per the picture attached I got home to a hole in my bag come to find out my food was not wrapped properly and burrito was left cut open in the bag. Which then left food and sauce in my car. I’ve never had this bad of an experience at chipotle. It has completely ruined my appetite. It would have taken nothing to put another piece of foil on my burrito but I was not afforded that luxury. As an ex chipotle employee I am disappointed at how downhill some of these locations have gone.

I come to this location a few times a month and when I do I get friendly service, especially from the tall young gentleman at the register I think he said his name is Soul (not sure if I spelled that correctly) but anywho, he always has a smile and very friendly. Keep up the great work . Food is great as well

Gm is not helpful. Online portal is messed up and you can’t get orders corrected. Got there to discuss with the GM and blew my concerns off. Horrible customer service.

The food is hit or miss whether you do online ordering or order in person. Most of the time when you do an online order its never ready at the time requested and you end up waiting for it.
