This place is painful. We went on a Monday night and it was not that busy yet staff were just slopping food into burritos and bowls like the world was ending. I saw what a disaster it was so I kept it simple with only three items in my bowl and it was still a mess. The prep counter was covered in toppings. My husband’s burrito broke so they wrapped it again but instead of getting new foil they Just slopped it together. I couldn’t watch. This is wha they handed him at least our food was cleaning the counter for them. He ended up throwing it away. Such a waste.

Yet another trip wasted because the only meat that was available was the pork. This is the third time in the last few months that they were out of all steak and chicken. This locations team can not work together to save their lives. They all just wander around doing nothing or checking their phones while a couple of crew do everything else. I watched my food sit for 10 minutes before asking if I could bag it myself, the employee rudely stated “someone will get to it, you can wait. This order was placed 30 minutes prior to my arrival. Unacceptable.

Usually this place is pretty good but apparently that’s changed. If you are open till 11 but stop making food at 8, you are only open till 8. “Sorry we don’t have any rice for the rest of the night.” okay sure, I just have my food without it. After I pay I see they just brought out a ton of rice. “Sorry that for online only.” Did the magment of the 306 one take over this one as well?

Pretty much gets my order wrong literally every time; I wish I was exaggerating. It was wrong so many times in a row I don’t bother with Chipotle. Taco Bell on Diamond Center never misses a thing with my order, though.

Food was fine. Staff was rude. The girl that was on salsas was arrogant and not polite at all. I asked for a little extra salsa on one of my tacos since she skipped it altogether and she put a ladle full of salsa on it to make a point and rolled her eyes. Clearly this job isn’t for her.

We place a group order at work yesterday, 7/23/25. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with extra chicken and extra cheese neither of which were extra at all. The real problem was that it tasted like they dumped an entire salt shaker into my bowl. It was so salty I had to throw it away. When we reached out to complain as another person has the same issue. They told us there was too many ingredients in our bowls to narrow it down. They seemed to not care at all that we had to throw food away or the quality control of the food they were serving the public. We ordered chipotle all the time at work. We will no longer be ordering from this one.
