Ordered through the app for pick up. Just got home (we live 20 minutes away). The portions for the bowl we ordered are absolutely unacceptable. It’s about half full, if that! Can’t talk to an actual person via the app, it’s ai and not helpful. The amount of money we paid is absurd for the amount of food we received today.

This is my double barbacoa burrito bowl untouched. Less than half the bowl is filled and this order costs me over $15. I would say avoid coming here for the half portions and double the price.

This Chipotle is by far the best Chipotle location in lake/geauga county. I cannot speak for online ordering but in person service was excellent. It was completely stocked with fresh items at 730pm. For reference I went to the Willoughby location 30 minutes prior and they did not have rice, chicken and it was awful—so I left and drove here.

I saw the reviews before coming here and thought, “It can’t be that bad—maybe those complaints were from when they first opened.” Unfortunately, it really was that bad.
When we arrived, the Chipotle lane had at least 16 cars ahead of us and they weren’t moving. We decided to try canceling our order, but there was no option to cancel—and the in-app chat also refused to cancel or refund. Our scheduled pickup time was 8:00 PM, but the app said, “Sorry, we’re running late.” Turns out they hadn’t even started preparing our food by the scheduled time.
If they were that backed up, why even allow customers to select 8:00 PM as a pickup time? We finally got our order at 9:06 PM, after over an hour in the Chipotle lane. To make matters worse, there was a hair in my bowl.
If they’re that behind, they should turn off online orders or at least let customers cancel if their order hasn’t been started by the promised time.
Inside the restaurant, there were maybe six customers total—so I have no idea why everything was such a mess. Sadly, I won’t be returning to this location.

Everything great till cashier, she seemed disinterested in her job at best. They were out of napkins and when asking for a few she reached under the counter turning sideways facing away from us and held the napkins out to her side sill looking away from us with her elbow attached to her hip. My wife couldn’t reach over the counter to retrieve them so I had to. Never making eye contact with the young lady after we said thank you , surprised because chipoltle usually blows us away with guest service

The food was delicious! The one who took and prepared our order was very patient and kind as we were unfamiliar with a few choices. We had salads, no beverages, and our bill was $28.25! The add-ons, guacamole and queso blanco, is where they get you! We went at an off-peak time and had a hard time finding a table to eat that wasn’t dirty or covered with crumbs. That’s not inviting.

The first time we ordered from this chipotle was when it first opened and we were honestly very disappointed. We didn’t leave a review then, because new places take time to adjust. A few months later and what a change. Fresh meat, friendly employees. I think we had great chips that aren’t stale for the first time EVER! Thank you for making the necessary changes and stepping up your game. This is now our families favorite Chipotle that we have ever been to.

I know this location just opened a month ago, but they’re already falling into the same pitfalls as the Concord location: disinterested young employees that don’t greet anybody coming in, for getting food two out of three orders in the last few weeks, etc.
At this point I feel this is a Chipotle problem, not this location’s problem. There needs to be better training, better employee guidelines, and consistency. Right now they’re just consistently bad at all those things…
Hopefully they’ll get better at my hometown location…

Well let’s just say when this place first opened their food was amazing. Lasted about a week and then they followed suit with every other Chipotle chewy protein, portion sizes are too small when you order take out the burritos are tiny. most importantly there’s no consistency that there’s too much or too little of something when you order extra just to have enough they charge you an arm and a leg. We had high hopes for this place.
Unfortunately it’s still the same…

So as this one opened, was amazingly really good, I think the staff was only until locals filled all positions. Shortly after, food quality is bad, never have napkins or silverware to use or get with an order. It seems they transferred the Concord crew here cuz it’s really bad. I’ll continue to drive 11 miles away to Mentor for my orders. Yes, I understand it just opened, but burnt food, yesterdays guacamole and getting less food than the average Chipotle doesn’t strike much confidence, but its hard to find employees these days, so you take what you can get I suppose. Good luck on your food quality!
