This place is a joke. I’ve been a regular here for a while, but the workers don’t seem to care, and the management is awful. If I’m paying full price, I expect a full burrito, not a half-burrito (I’ve included pictures to illustrate my point). Additionally, I strongly advise against ordering online pickup here. The workers here seem to hate their jobs and are not pleasant to talk to at all.

Do not go here! The dirtiest restaurant I have been to probably in 20 years and it’s a brand new location! Should have listened to my instincts and walked out but my kids wanted to go here. First the food station was just a mess and looked unkempt. Next, no cheese and some lazy teenager just said “yeah it would take 20 minutes to make more cheese…” How the heck does a chipotle not have cheese?! After ordering I noticed how dirty the restaurant was. I attached pictures and not sure they do it justice but trash cans piled high , food bits everywhere, out of stock on everything, tea and lemonade completely empty. Later that night I wake up to my daughter throwing up. Chances are it’s because of this poorly run and contaminated location

11PM close time and their doors are locked with everything cleaned up at 10:30. Worker signaled me from the window that they were closed and I pointed at the 11pm on the door and he screamed we’re closed and turned around. This isn’t the first time this location has done this to me either. I’ve worked, owned and operated in the food industry my whole life, that’s just pure laziness and bad customer service. Feel bad for the ownership that they have incompetent workers that aren’t allowing business to be had. They had to of closed everything down by 10pm if they were finished with everything by 10:30pm. Losing profit and customers. I also have never seen a chipotle location have this bad of reviews. My 2 cents being an owner and operator myself, fire the staff and rehire before you go under. If they want to act like McDonald’s workers, let them go work there.

This chipotle is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The employees do not seem to care at all. I went in at 8:20 on a night they closed at 11 and they claimed they were out of corn salsa. The guy didn’t even bother to check their togo station or give me what was left of the corn in the pan in front of him. How are you out of ingredients and not making more 2 hours before close? I’d understand closer to close but 2 hours before posted hours is ridiculous. Then he put extra sour cream on a bowl we asked for little sour cream on. Don’t bother going here. The outnumbering 1 star reviews speak for itself with this location.

I have eaten here a few times. Employees at this specific location don’t seem to care at all. Tables dirty, no napkins, no plastic utensils, and out of a few ingredients. Food still tastes fine just disappointed in the overall service. It has been this way for a long time. The other Avon location is not like this at all.

Yeah so I made an online order on December 6, 2024 for a double steak bowl with chips and guacamole and gave a 3 dollar tip since they were understaffed so I totally was trying to be nice. The total was $23 for my order, the lady who gave me my food was super nice and told me that they did not have chips and to go online to get a refund so I totally understood and got that taken care of. I’m really not one to complain as this is my first negative comment ever written but this is the third time in a month they have not had cheese and I was SHOCKED by the portion size for a double steak bowl and have to share. I’m not sure if the bowl was put in sideways but I made sure to keep it flat when driving home so it didn’t spill but yeah look at these photos. When trying to ask customer service for a full refund all I got was a BOGO coupon and free chips and guac that expire in one month.

I have tried eating at this location twice. The first time it was about 6:30 and they were out of almost everything. Scraping the bottom of the bowls and said they had not planned on making any more meat that evening so we left.
We ate there last night, they were out of rice, tables were dirty. no Diet Coke and no small lids. And we’re out of the kids chips for my daughter’s meal and weren’t going to give us chips because they didn’t have the small bags to put them in. I’m shocked this place is still running based on the other reviews and the other people I talked to last night and their own experiences. Place is a joke

I will almost never leave a one star review. But after three consecutive visits, I am compelled. This location seems to be consistently understaffed and poorly managed. The place is consistently, dirty, the bathroom sink is nonfunctional and things like steak, rice, chips, chicken, all being “out of stock’ is bad. Plus, no napkins or plasticware are available. Until I see a sign out front that says “under new management” it’s not worth going back.

I walked into Chipotle hoping for a burrito and left feeling like I had narrowly escaped a culinary prank show. My bowl looked like it had been assembled during an earthquake, the guac portion was spiritually symbolic rather than physical, and the chicken tasted like it had seen things it could never talk about. The highlight of my visit was the fork—mostly because it didn’t actively disappoint me. If food is fuel, this meal was the emotional equivalent of putting diesel in a scooter.
