I used to really like this Chipotle, but my last experience wasn’t great. I ordered ahead about 20 minutes before arriving, but there was still a very long line in the drive-thru. Since I thought my order might already be ready, I decided to go inside instead.
What I noticed was that the employee handling the drive-thru orders was working really hard but seemed overwhelmed. She was preparing orders while also grabbing chips and other items for the cashier. Meanwhile, the staff at the counter didn’t seem to be helping much, which slowed things down even more. I honestly felt bad for the drive-thru employee because she was doing multiple jobs at once.
Overall the food was fine, but the workflow between staff could definitely be more efficient. It would help a lot if employees supported each other more during busy times so customers aren’t waiting as long.

I usually never think to leave reviews, but today I wanted to make sure I said something. The 2 gentleman on the line who helped me were so kind and thorough. Reminded me there’s still good people out there. It was a simple encounter but it meant a lot. The food is always good!! Have a great day!

Food is outstanding and my burrito was exactly how I wanted it. Staff was friendly and quick.
The reason for the one star…… You have a lot of parking lot lights out and it is crazy dark out there. There’s no excuse for your customers not having a safe parking lot to park and walk in and out of your store at night. Shame on you.
Fix your lights and I’ll fix and update this review.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. We ordered through Uber eats. …. And of course they want to blame them for the terrible food and what we paid and ordered from CHIPOTLE. So sad. Even gave the manager a chance to make up for it . We were told go get a refund from Uber eats. This isn’t their fault…. Sad that you have to blame a place that delivers what you portray to make.

The food is typically good, a few times I’ve ordered a salad and have not received salad dressing, a couple of times they have not had certain meats or food choices. Overall runs well and since it’s the only one around, I would eat here again.

Come into the store 45 min before close no line what’s so ever. Tell me why my order wasn’t taken. I was standing at the counter ready but was ignored for 3-4 min. I don’t understand at all. No sense of urgency from staff. Amazed at what I was witnessing I left.

Worst Chipotle ever. Guacamole was so salty I couldn’t eat it. Barely any chicken and what there was of it tasted charred and fatty pieces. Every time we go (less and less) hoping it’s going to be good “this time” we are sorely disappointed. Used to love Chipotle, I don’t know if it’s just this restaurant or all of them but it makes me not want to go again.

I swear on this location. The workers make up “rules” as they go. Now a side of salsa, so the rice doesnt get soggy, its a dollar added. I ordered the family meal deal…swear they only did a single scoop of rice and spread it. Enough for my 4 year old to eat. These workers act like the this is coming out their pockets. Hell…for 60$ at least put 3 scoops of rice on the FAMILY meal of 4.

I don’t remember ordering the make your own quak option. Have had so many problems with this location over the years. Things have been getting better lately but this…. This is just pure laziness. I ordered a large quak and what I received was an avocado cut in half and thrown into a cup. There’s no way this is missed during portioning. There’s ABSOLUTELY no way this is missed. My cup consisted solely of three very large chunks of avocado. Shameful. Set standards live up to them period.
