Went to the bathroom absolutely disgusting just filth caked up everywhere. My food was horrible, rice was old and hard and I ordered steak and didn’t even get a whole scoop there was probably a total of 5 pieces of steak in my whole burrito absolutely ridiculous for $11.70. The girl who was helping me clearly hated her job, it was just a horrible experience and I’ve always loved chipotle but I am used to the Zane st location and will never go to the maple location again.

The staff were very rude and not friendly. The place was disgusting. Every table was dirty. My tacos were ice cold. I watched a staff member cross contaminate while wearing the same gloves she had probably been wearing for some time. She rubbed her hands all over the counter and then all over inside of the tinfoil. She grabbed the cooler handle and then preceded to wear the same gloves to keep making food.

This review is for this specific order. I typically have good service. I picked this order up Friday 11-5-21 around 9:20pm. I get it’s the end of the night. But way to skimp on the order guys.. both were supposed to be extra rice, cheese and sour cream. Seem weak, do better.

We used the app to order. My soft tacos had very little meat, no lettuce and no hot sauce. The hot sauce I received with my chips was more green than the normal red sause and didn’t taste correct. The last issue we had was there was no fork in the bag.

Tuesday evening 6.30 pm… 7_19-2022. Horrible. I got a chicken bowl hardly any chicken. It was the worst one I ever got. I’m not paying 3 for extra chicken when you couldn’t even fill up a spoon fool for my bowl. You just put in a whole new batch of chicken and I got hardly any. Absolutely ridiculous if I’m spending 11.60 I’ll get a Russo pizza. DO YOU GUYS GET BONUSES BASED ON HOW LITTLE MEAT YOU GIVE OUT? Terrible I mean terrible food today . 06/13/2025. I know it was a deal or event going on today but that DOSENT mean the food should be low quality. My meat was fatty in my burrito some pieces I spit out . Barely any queso so I had a dry fatty burrito. Service wasn’t bad but the quality food they made was . Never been so disappointed in a place I enjoy eating at . My honey chicken had some like skinny white bone pieces when I bit into my burrito I could puke . I don’t know who needs to see this but watch your food before you eat and while they make it .
