Ordered door dash from this location and it arrived with no meat, I decided to go and get what my fiancée ordered from door dash originally just to find out they didn’t have steak which is why I’m assuming they sent it with no meat and just cheese. The employees were rude when trying to get what I had ordered, and still charged me after I described my situation.

You want to get in and out fast. Don’t go there. They only have one person making your food. And the person at the cashier just stands there and waits for the finished product. She doesn’t even try to jump in and help to move it along faster. So if you want it fast order online as I stood in line for 25 minutes with six people in front of me .

Order not prepared appropriately by Chipotle on Talmadge Rd Toledo OH. On 6/15 my family ordered 3 bowls & all three were missing ingredients. Bowls were not even prepared above the inner line of the bowl. One bowl was supposed to have double steak and paid $21 for that bowl. These bowls were ordered ahead at 8:55pm & were delivered by uber eats driver. The driver did great but we cannot say the same for Chipotle staff. We paid $55 for these three bowls. Absolutely terrible Father’s Day dinner. Can’t even get this fixed tonight.

FYI: Delivery drivers do NOT know when the food was ordered or how long it’s been sitting. We get sent to pick it up when the system tells us to, and we’re given a time window — that’s it.
So the rude attitude and disrespect when I walk in to pick up an order is completely uncalled for. I’ve picked up food before that was clearly sitting there for a long time, and the driver gets treated like it’s our fault.
On top of that, while I was standing there waiting, employees were talking trash and I could literally hear it. That’s unprofessional and disrespectful as hell. If you have an issue, say it with your chest — don’t run your mouth behind the counter like customers and drivers aren’t standing right there.
The whole crew had a nasty attitude, zero customer service, and acted like helping was a problem. Do better.

Good place to get wrap or bowl with rice, beans, choice of meat and veggies. The price is a bit high for fast food but most people don’t mind paying for it. Good portions for the money and a place to dine in. Overall, I would go back again.

I absolutely love this chipotle and they are very good and you can tell it is fresh and good quality.
However, I just had an incident today where I was on my way home from work and I used my DoorDash app to do a pick up order and I arrived at the chipotle and they told me that they did not have my order. But then they found out it was in the system, but that they had finished it, and someone had stolen it off the shelf and they had to remake it for me. That is a shame…. What is wrong with people? They need to have a better security team on that and to always make sure someone is watching that shelf so someone else’s food does not get stolen.

I visited the Chipotle on Talmadge Road in Toledo Ohio and the level of cleanliness was unacceptable. The tables hadn’t been wiped down, there was food scattered across the chairs and the floor, and the entire dining area looked neglected. They were out of forks, knives, spoons, and even straws, and staff said
they didn’t have any available. The trash was overflowing and on the floor. The prep area behind the counter looked just as dirty, which made the whole experience even worse. I wouldn’t feel comfortable eating here again, and I won’t be returning.

Horrible experience from the disrespectful employees at this location. Very few customers, not busy. They had the entire line out cleaning the bottom portion 45 mins before close. Missed getting what ingredients I wanted because i was rushed, what I did receive they were smaller portions than im use to. I believe this was a punishment because of this follow altercation. During the process I was asked what I wanted before the employee even had the bowl in their hand, rapid fire style. Asking me rice, beans, protein, queso. Then proceeded to ask again for each individual think. I said “why ask if you aren’t going to remember” I was immediately confronted with confrontational anger and loud words calling me a smart ass. The employee proceeded to throw my bowl aside and demanded someone else finish, which no one would. A manager from the back had to come up from the back to finish my bowl with the most condescending attitude. Ask for extra lettuce, he said “this is a bowl not a salad”. I forgot getting sour cream because it wasn’t where it was supposed to be and also wasn’t asked.
I did contacted the corporate website and wasn’t offered a replacement. Just a generic apologize. I will for surely not return to a chipotle for a long while, if at all again.
