Hey Manager, if you’re wondering why your food costs are so high, it’s the total lack of portion control and common sense. Woman with eyelash extensions dumped so much sour cream it was crazy! When I said something, she acted like it was about to be a fight, so I didn’t ask for them to restart it. Picture included is after I already ate like half the bowl.

Staff is rude. I was yelled at by the pick up window lady for complaining that instead of ordering ahead I could have waited in line. I walked in at the same time as someone who did order in person and left before me in a long long line!! I didn’t feel comfortable eating food prepared by her after that. The whole prep area was a mess. I did look at it.The steak was full of hard fat. I throw it out. They couldn’t refund it in store. It was all around a bad experience.

I came in today and they’re were about five people all just standing around and talking no one came to help once. They had this poor girl doing all the orders by herself while they all talked about their life dramas. This poor girl kept asking for help yet no one would help her so I ended up waiting five minutes before being helped mind you there was only one other person in front of me. I don’t know who the manager was, but the customer service was honestly terrible. I don’t know what these workers are on but where I work customers always come first and conversations later. I don’t know who the girl was that helped but she was very helpful and again I feel bad that she was doing all the work while the rest of her team just sat there and watched. As someone who works customer service, I would never put my conversation in front of a customer. Again this is one of the worst customer service chipotles I have been too.

It takes a lot for me to review a place, but tonight was the icing on the cake. This location is awful. I can’t tell you how many times our order have been wrong, or packaged weird. Tonight I got three tacos. I received them wrapped only in foil. Upon opening them it was like a bowl was wrapped in foil and there was one tortilla completely empty. There’s hardly any chicken & after separating the tacos I’m pretty sure I only got two and that empty tortilla was just thrown in. Take the extra 10 minutes and drive to the location on Navarre at this point.

Always out of something. I’ve been at this location about 10 times now and not a single time they had everything available. Almost always they are out of fajita veggies. I get it it happens. Today I bit into my food and chicken was so burned I could barely eat it. Half of it had really bad burnt taste. I’ve had few orders for pickup and portions are half of what I would get when I order in person. Great location but they definitely need more people to manage their flow of the food. I’ve been to many locations around Toledo and this one unfortunately is at the bottom.

Walk in customer. The reviews helped me temper expectations. It was good for a truck driver’s dinner. Was sure to tell them exactly what I wanted and be respectful. Lots of young people working there but it went well.

I just tried to order food and then when I checked out they told me they were out of chips. I could visibly see the chips across the register where the chipotle lane and online orders were being made. So of course I asked about those chips and they said those were for online only and I had to order a bag of chips to get chips ??? They literally told me this. The only reason I can figure as to why they told me this is because they were to lazy to make any chips and we’re gonna try to make the last bit work for online orders because they can’t turn online orders away. This is a joke can’t wait to explain this to corporate. Also this store was a wreck, for example no napkins etc check the photo I attached. Also the garbage cans piled up in front of the door.
