Everything about this place is very comfortable. All of the staff are very kind and never bring anger into that building. Staff member, Joseph rang me out for 2 chicken bowls, accidentally forgot to ask me if I wanted a drink, after I already paid for the food. He then gave me 2 small cups, that I asked for, and told me, “It is on me.” So, I did appreciate that a lot from Joseph. Thank you a lot Joseph and the kind heart you have will go a long ways! Thank you to this place and will start coming to eat here! Thank you guys!

Normally I don’t write reviews but this chipotle is a hit or miss. Sometimes the food tastes good other times ok at best
This time going in my wife asked for extra cheese and extra sour cream this isn’t even a normal amount. Basically the staff argued with her that this was extra.

Very rude lady making my bowl, had an attitude and then asked for a little bit more guac since there was a very small portion. I didn’t want double just a little more and she made a very unfriendly face and said she’d have to charge me double so I said okay nevermind. Then charged me double at the register anyways. Need more friendly workers there!!

Bugs & old food. Management needs to be amped up here or replaced because this is an ongoing issue at this location. It is the management’s responsibility to rotate food and train the staff to spot bad food. This location is notorious for serving stale lettuce and brown guacamole and after not ordering for awhile I tried it again and found a decaying moth with its guts mixed around in the lettuce.
I did get help from the workers and they were very understanding and kind. Didn’t catch his name but he needs a raise and I’d trust him with my life. (If you’re reading this thank you & I appreciate you!) Management not so much. Need to stay on top of making sure product is actually edible and training staff to catch mistakes.

Rice tasted completely uncooked and was rock solid. Completely ruined what I thought was a good burrito. I’ve always loved Chipotle but I’ve had this happen multiple times at this same location now.

So if you order online you get 1/2 as much food as you do going in and ordering. So this time we went in to order our food because you know we’d actually like to get the full meal. We were told they now “can’t make cheese quesadillas” because it needs to be ordered online. Huh…? So you can’t make it unless I go online right now, place an order for it and then wait in the same line for you to make it? It’s cheese and a tortilla. But I can get a cheese burrito! ♀️ No we’ll pass next time, chipotle food has went downhill anyways. Makes my stomach upset, only the husband and kid eat it sometimes.

The defiance location is gross, upon arrival there was trash pile up on the trash can. The service was fine, however, the ice machine was either did not have ice or was broken. If you chose to deal with not having ice, you would have to deal with a Luke warm drink. The counter by the fountain machine was not the cleanest. Would not go back.

Purchased a bowl with steak and fajita veggies. Steak was burnt and received no veggies. Tried to call and no one would answer. Did the online order review and received a free bowl… Used it immediately because the first bowl was disgusting, and the 2nd bowl was also missing fajita veggies and a very skimpy amount of lettuce.
