The service here is always amazing. The young guy at the register is always kind and goes above and beyond. However, today I was very disappointed in my meal. As I took a few bites, I soon realized there was a fairly large insect crawling around in my bowl. I couldn’t even finish my meal. This is unacceptable.

Technically I cannot comment on the food because I never got any. Put in a pickup order because I had plans in the neighbourhood. Arrived on time but there were no meals on the pickup shelf. There was a HUGE line of people out the door and a crowd of people waiting for pickup orders. Someone there had a pickup time that was forty minutes before mine and was still waiting with no revised eta.
The staff did not handle the situation professionally. The guy on cash all but slammed down someone’s bag of chips on the counter and the person who I assume is either the manager or supervisor was completely unhelpful. By the time I could speak to anyone, I was already late for my plans. They could not give me an ETA and literally told me I should WAIT IN LINE. Yes. The line of thirty people that moved about two people per minute. Zero priority to people who put in their order in advance.
When I said I couldn’t wait that long and asked for a refund, they said to do it on the app. The app said I could not get a refund because the order was “already out.” No idea if this happens automatically after the pickup time passes or just more incompetence. I explained this to the staff and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I ended up leaving out $35 (including the most undeserved tip ever) and contacted chipotle support but have yet to hear a peep from them, and it’s been days.
The cherry on top? As I left, I checked the estimated pickup time for this branch on their website: still advertising 10-15 minutes.
Bonus sprinkles: Don’t worry, they prioritized Door Dash orders! /s

We placed a pickup order and waited 50 minutes from the promised ready time for it to be ready. There were plenty of employees as we saw people in the back kitchen but only 3 were prepping food in the front. To me that shows terrible management. Also when we tried to cancel the order on the app, their “canned” message would not allow anything other than to say sorry you’re having difficulty. Chipotle used to be a great place to eat.

This is the second time I’m reviewing this particular chipotle. It’s the worst. Every time I order they make it so bad. They don’t strain any ingredients before just throwing it into your burrito or bowl, they skimp on all but the cheapest ingredients. I finally learned to order without sour cream because if I order sour cream they literally drown my food in it to the point it’s inedible. Last time I got beans and sour cream soup, and this time I ordered a salad without the sour cream and there was literally almost nothing but salsas. There was corn and tomatoes and cheese and that was it and on top of that, the bowl was half filled. There was ELEVEN strips of lettuce and HALF a scoop of chicken at best. In the attached photo, you can see where I separated the chicken from the other ingredients. I swear this place ruins my meal times and I don’t know why I continue to come. Just don’t waste your money at this location and go to another location where the staff might prepare your meal as if they aren’t paying for the ingredients from their own pocket.

Terrible experience last night. My husband and I went in at 945pm, there was no one else around to the point we thought it was closed. We go inside and stand at the front while we are not even greeted for at least 5min. There are pans up and about and someone was cleaning one of the steamers. He didnt even say anything like we will be right you, nothing at all. There was one worker completing Togo orders and still nothing. After they finally asked what we would like we noticed all of the meat looked dry and burnt. We still were like okay we need to eat something. There was no fajitas, no beans, and The white rice was stacked on a back corner, which we thought was weird but still we persisted. We order, go home and take one bite and the food is inedible. The rice was so salty we had to throw away both bowls. And there was so much salt it wasn’t even fully mixed in, it was grainy in some areas like I just put salt on my tongue. On top of being salty it was mushy and definitely not cooked correctly. This is completely unacceptable. They knew this rice was messed up and were still making orders like it was fine. We wasted our money and will not return. This location gets worse and worse. Terrible service and food that had to be thrown away.

Used to go to this location several times a month. Service and food quality kept getting worse and worse. A couple times the food was so salty I could hardly stand to eat it. Or the service was really bad. I would place an online order and wait 10-15 minutes past the pickup time.
Hadn’t gone for 7 months until I got an online voucher for a BOGO and tried it again. Order said it was ready on the app at the pickup time but sat in the restaurant for another 15 minutes and my burrito was a busted mess. Solid reminder why I stopped going. This is the second location I stopped going to because the service was so bad.

Just got the 3 chicken tacos. IF it were little off temp.. ok, I get it. But my food wasn’t ready when went in, I waited a few minutes. I live literally 3 minutes from the Gahanna Chipotle and ice cold is an understatement. The tortillas weren’t even pliable. Cold and hard and everything in the tacos was ice COLD.
Also..I had minimal ingredients in my tacos that were cold.. no sour cream etc
