Worst experience ever, avoid this location at all cost, I was 4th in linear still waited 30 min to be served. The manager cross contaminated every pan not once but twice. If you plan on getting a burrito dont. They won’t wrap it correctly.

I placed a pick-up order via the app and was to pick it up at 10:30pm. Someone else, however, grabbed my order and walked out with it, while I was sat inside the restaurant waiting for the app to show my order was ready. They could not remake the order because the chefs had already powered down and cleaned the grill. I had to seek a reimbursement through the app, which did not compensate me for the wasted time and mileage. What’s more, there was a crying baby in a baby seat/carrier left atop a table while mother ended her shift and clocked out. It was a disappointing visit all around, and I imagine it happens frequently since anyone can walk in and just grab a carryout order off the shelf without any verification with staff. I realize it was near closing time and that childcare hand-offs can be difficult, but this was my experience. No food, no peace and quiet, no consideration for my wasted time and driving.

I’m surprised how low the reviews are. This is absolutely the best chipotle I’ve ever been to always clean always give good portions and always so friendly. I just came from the sawmill location, which was absolutely trash and horrible. Never go there. They were out of every single ingredient I just did it to go order at this location and I’m obsessed. Thank you guys for never disappointing. Food qualities always amazing absolutely love it will be back tomorrow for the burrito special! Thank you guys.

This specific location is a reminder why I stopped eating Chipotle. The people are miserable. The food is worse. Everything is cold and underwhelmingly prepared. I I had multiple mouths full of onion they didnt chop down. The steak is not trimmed and is just chewy nasty pieces of fat you cannot consume.

Very friendly employees. The food was good except for two things: my chips had a whole bunch of small pieces in the bag and the limited menu item, beef brisket, was extremely salty and seems like it had been sitting there for a while. Otherwise, everything was fresh.

Food was good, but service there at night time is awful!! There’s these two girls working at night time and they don’t make you feel welcome at all. Also they making faces while I was ordering my food. Looks like someone is forcing them to be there and work. I’ve been working for restaurants for a while and this definitely I disapprove this attitude! I wish there was a real manager there at night time.

The lobby had trash all over the place, Two white heavy set female employees were complaining that they have to work in front of customer’s, kept making fun of an African female employee, And the tall skinny black gentleman who looks like Marty from Madagascar but with glasses was the nicest person there. He had a great smile smelled like tahini should definitely get a raise. Make that man a Manager. He was fantastic.

So today’s experience is all about terrible customer service, I would’ve given this place a one star review but I’ve been here before with different personal working and the food and experience is great but today it was horrible.
I walk in , it’s not crowded, I am the only person in line, the guy in the picture working the counter, doesn’t even make eye contact for the four minutes that I’m standing there at the counter as he’s just wiping the counter off. Doesn’t look up doesn’t give me any kind of greeting nothing the only vibe I get is this is not the place to go to for lunch.
If you’ve ever been to a grocery store and there’s a couple different lines at the checkout running and one of them is just super slow this is that guy. He looks like a young guy in great shape but his movements and pace,I would’ve guessed him 75 years old.
for the average customer in Northwest Columbus can’t recommend it today .
I own a businesses and I understand customer service is a real big thing if you’re busy at least look up and greet somebody this place today wasn’t busy and customer service was horrible.
I would assume that their corporate policy is very different and I hope that they run their employees through a customer service course soon.
I step out and then I decide to go back in a couple minutes later with other customers there and see how things are , that’s where the pictures came from. His pace was a little bit better but still very slow. Needless to say I did not stay I left and found another restaurant.
