I have never in my life received such a terrible quality food order. Rice was rock hard, barely any protein, and guacamole was grey/ brown. Couldn’t eat it. I ordered a double chicken rice bowl with an extra portion of steak. Please look at this horrendous $27 bowl I received on Tuesday night 12/30. Do better.

This is a bad chipotle location. Food is made of varying quality different times when I go there. You cannot expect a standard quality product. Wait times are exceptionally long when food is ordered through a service such as DoorDash. The problem is not on DoorDash‘s end, but the restaurant takes much longer to prepare the food than the estimated time. Our last order was 40 minutes behind.

The order portion did not match the public photo. The guacamole was fresh. This is my first time ordering the Salad bowl with fajitas, carnitas, and mild tomato. I notice the bottom of the bowl had a noticeable amount of liquid. Not the most attractive. The meat was salty and the chips were very stale and had an “old” taste. They were minus the taste of lemon lime and salt. The presentation of the chips were normal. Place in the notes to fill the bowl to the photo’s presentation.

I visited this Chiptole location on December 13 with my girlfriend. As can be seen in the photo provided, Chiptole claims to be offering “buy one burrito get one entree free up to “FIVE TIMES” per transactions.” My girlfriend and I payed for 1 burrito and one entree each in a single transaction. we were charged with the expected two burritos AND one entree. After paying and receiving our receipt, we realized that Chiptole had failed to honor the stated deal. Upon confronting the cashier, we were told “that deal only applies if you pay separately.” I am giving this location 1 star because not only did they fail to honor the deal, but the staff KNEW that we wanted the deal and only informed us of the specifics after the transaction. If I personally were the cashier in that situation, I would explain that the deal only applies for separate transactions BEFORE I saw people waste their money. Just inconsiderate

This Chipotle was so dirty!! I came here to pick up someone else’s food and I was so disgusted! The guy that was preparing the food seemed like he hated his job. He was making burritos buy slapping tje food on the tortilla, complaining the whole time. He’s a whire guy, wears a hat, and looks like he has a little blonde that hangs out the back. He knew he had more orders and slammed his dirty gloves off and left it by the food (see pic) then left his team members to dwnd for themselves. Now some of the team was very nice. I think that guy was the problem. I will never eat here. Hopefully, management gets it together. This is not sanitary! I contacted my customer and let her know what type of food I where I was delivering from.

They never put any info out for what their food has in it. I’m on a strict diet of my lifestyle and to be honest it’s always a hit and miss with this place depends on who it is. Depends on what you get on the amount and you pay a decent amount of money and most of the time you get the bottom end of the stick. I don’t agree with that
