10 out of 10, I do not recommend and Chipotle location.
I walked in around 8:40pm and was aggressively stared at by one of the workers. The tables had not been wiped off and the floor needed to be swept.
There was no line so I was able to get my food right away. When I asked for extra sour cream on my bowl, the employee seemed to get irritated as if it was personally coming out of her paycheck. This was the same employee who stared at me aggressively when I walked in smh
The food was below average and definitely not was it use to be. Save your money or make your own food at home.

11/1/25 around 6:10pm I decided to walk with my cousin to this chipotle with no intention of getting anything, the moment i walked in, the smell got me. I decided to get my normal bowl. The lady making my bowl was nice and even had no problem getting me a side of sour cream. it was when i reached the register that my experience became uncomfortable and unpleasant. The girl at register with red hair assumed i got a chicken burrito, i accidentally said yes but then immediate followed it up with “oh its bowl.” when i looked back at her she was giving me this annoyed look like it was my fault she assumed it was a burrito, to which she irritatedly asked me, “is it a burrito or a bowl.” to which i repeated again, “its a bowl.” I paid and walked off, all while she watched me and apply some lip gloss which wouldn’t have bothered me if she hadn’t been rude in the first place. Now i will be honest i had no intention of writing this review because i get it its a home football game you’re busy, it gets stressful but there is no need for the attitude ESPECIALLY when there is no line. the bowl was nicely portioned on my side me my cousin says otherwise but the rice was so very dry and maybe even undercooked which ruined the whole bowl for me.

I found this Chipotle location to be accessible from the outside. It is connected to a nearby Starbucks and both of these vendors are accessible by the same ramp. The doors are wide, but there is a bar in between the double doors, so they might be difficult to enter through for a physically disabled individual. Unfortunately, I did not see any powered doors, so if someone utilizes in a wheelchair or another method of assisted transportation, they might need someone to hold the door open for them. Inside the restaurant, the tables were spread fairly far apart, but I don’t think it would be enough for a wheelchair to fit through. There were some chairs that were pulled out from their tables which made these pathways even more constricting. Ordering at chipotle would be accessible, as the behind the counter “buffet” would be visible to someone in a wheelchair. However, because this food option is so popular, the environment is very chaotic and loud. Someone with severe anxiety or sensitivity to loud noises would be better off ordering online or on their app and picking it up at the location. Chipotle is also very transparent about the ingredients they use, so someone with food allergies would have no issues seeing what they could or could not order. Overall, the service at this Chipotle was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I had a great experience ordering here. Would definitely recommend, whether you order on the app or in person.

Ordered on the chipotle app for delivery. Got a burrito with multiple toppings and they sent it with just meat, beans, and rice. We had other items that included the missing toppings from the burrito so we know they weren’t out of the other toppings they just weren’t included.
Tried to get the situation rectified with customer service on the app but it was just a chat bot that offered a free drink. The bot is the only customer service. Even trying to call the restaurant just directs you to the bot.
It is particularly frustrating because it was a delivery order. So in order to just get what I initially ordered I would have to spend another ~$20 for the burrito, delivery, and driver tip. Somehow a free drink does not seem equivalent

This chipotle doesn’t train its employees to make sure delivery drivers verify the orders before they take them. Someone else picked up the order and kept it, so when I got the order I couldn’t complete it because they say “oh someone came and got that an hour ago” meanwhile that means the customer has been waiting over an over for food they will never receive. This place is a disgrace to their customers.

Smallest portions of any chipotle I have ever ordered from. Only like 10 whole chips plus some crumbs in the bag and bowl wasn’t filled at all on one end

These kids know how to make a damn burrito. This was by far and away the best chipotle experience I have had in years. Cannot recommend this location enough.

Great service, the staff was kind and very efficient even as it got busier. The food was fresh and well portioned. I was in and out between 5 and 10 minutes. There is wheelchair access a few stores stores over from Lane Ave however there not one right in front of Chipotle- not the stores issue itself but it would be nice to be slightly more easily accessible towards those who need ramps and cannot use stairs. Just something I noticed! No complaints otherwise! Great service, very pleased 🙂

Customer Service was terrible.
The small white guy with glasses.
When preparing my order.
The server filled the scooper, then scrapped the food off.
Leaving the equivalent amount of an actual scoop.
He gave two scoops of rice, one pinch of cheese, and lettuce. A small very small of sour cream and tomato. I asked for the hot honey chicken on tge side.
He attempted to add it to the bowl.
I had to say on the side several times.
I found the tiniest cup in the store for the chicken.
He said this is the o ly cups for on the side.
We dont have the other side cups available.
When I asked for more. He replied very rudely.
We are not allowed to give you more.
It’s against company policy and we have to ration the serving amounts. I offered to pay for extra. He replied again in tge rudest tone NO, we can’t do that either.
Chipotle has always been a favorite food.
I haven’t returned to this location.
No other Chipotle in the area said they were aware of such a policy.

I don’t understand the point of getting a job here when the staff act like they don’t want to be there all the time. You walk in there wait in line for 10
Minutes just to be told they have nothing. It’s ridiculous atleast the place down the street is reasonable enough to tell you what they’re out of before ordering and have a sign on the door. Literally ridiculous
