It’s almost like the whole point of having chicken is to sell it right, when i ask for double chicken they go, ‘we’re running low on chicken so we can only do one chicken scoop’ keep in mind it’s still like 2 hrs away from close so they’re A) being lazy and not cooking new food, or B) just don’t want to sell food. And don’t get me started on the portion sizes, half scoop chicken on a small serving ladle, was crazy work. I was this close to saying just keep that to yourself but i was hungry after studying for 4 hrs at the library so i was being tolerable, and before checking out i go, can i use your guy’s restroom, they go ‘no we are closed for the night’ the staff don’t want to serve or provide utilities to paying customers. Terrible customer service experience and terrible food management. I would give this place 0 stars if possible.

Food was very cold and rice was extremely hard like it was reheated! Guacamole was brown!!! I usually don’t complain but this restaurant is usually extremely rude every time I go inside one reason why I made my online order today! Now that I don’t even feel comfortable going in because all of the staff wakes up on the wrong side of the bed no matter how you approach them! Now I can’t even order online! Chipotle has definitely lost a loyal customer due to this location smh! Corporate needs to send in a team to give them all attitude adjustments or at least teach them how to smile!

food quality and portions are good, and customer service is usually good EXCEPT one of the cashiesr. I’ve had them the last few times, and unfortunately they do not have an even small understanding of customer service. I just received my food from Door dash. I called door dash and the manager of the store who completely dismissed my concern and lack of any type of empathy. For $30 dollars at least offer A refund s credit A kiss my A$&! SOMETHING. You instead want to tell me servings and measurements. How about you read what I ordered.

Very clean and well stocked with napkins, utensils, sauce etc. However they didn’t fill my burrito as full as other locations typically do. I think it was probably just the workers and their burrito filling technique. Not mad just slightly less food than usual.

The guac was brown and gray throughout, employees were too busy flirting with each other to notice a line of customers, and they were out of toppings and didn’t even realize it. Plus the rice was hard in the middle, and my burrito had two (!) lettuce ends in it.

There was a good size line due to an event, it went very quickly. My food was hot & delicious. I also used restrooms. Please take note to keep your receipt it is for paying customers use only, and there is a code at the bottom of your receipt. If you do what I did and throw away immediately, just ask the cashier, and they’ll tell you the code. I would come back here again. The bathrooms were very clean. The place over all was clean. One customer spilt their entire drink on the pop counter they immediately came out to clean it up. If you have never had chipotle, definitely give it a try. I got a chicken taco. No complaints here

I have always been a fan of chipotle. I usually order their burrito bowl with chicken with a loads of veggies and other toppings, and an extra side of tortilla. This chipotle is just another usual one serving their best. I have had the opportunity to treat myself with a bowl from them. Everything was hot, fresh, and super tasty – exactly the way i expected.
