I don’t know who’s running this place but they need to do a better job. I’ve never come to a Chipotle and all they have is beans, rice, and plant based meat. It’s 20 minute wait on steak and chicken. All out of onions and peppers SMH……it’s also pretty nasty looking behind the counter. I mean you don’t have any food to serve all the customers are waiting in the dining area, the least you could do is clean with this downtime.

If there were an award for the dirtiest Chipotle in America, this place would win without competition. The floor was filthy, the counters were sticky, and my food looked like it had already been chewed once. This is how my portion was served — and no, I didn’t touch it. I wouldn’t feed this to a stray dog. Management clearly doesn’t care, and neither should you — about ever coming here. Never again.

This was by far the most disappointing location.
They were out of cheese, honey chicken and steak. The portion was very controlled. Every single table was dirty and garbage full to the rim. My husband’s chicken was blackened and I complained to the manager Renee, she was professional and did rectify the food but overall it was a very disappointing experience.

I had a truly terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely poor, and the staff showed little to no professionalism. I ordered a bowl with rice, beans, carne asada, and cheese, but what I received was basically a kid-size portion, even though I paid for a full meal

Meanwhile, the customer in front of us received a large, fully stuffed burrito, which made it even more obvious that my portion was unacceptable. I asked if that was the normal amount of food, and the employee told me yes, even though it clearly wasn’t.
They didn’t give me the guacamole or queso that i order, I had to go back and ask for them. Even then, I had to wait while my food got cold
As I was finishing my meal, I found a HAIR in my food. At that point, I simply left the rest of my food and walked out. Completely unacceptable.
The employees seemed uninterested and unmotivated, with no intention of providing good service. There was no attention, or professionalism.

This is what a business looks like when you let kids play admin. Had to walk across the street to buy cheese, no luck with the sour cream tho. How can you run out of these ingredients for the entire day? at least thats what the young man said. Dirty place with garbage bins overflowing. No napkins or utensils.

My coworker and I ordered an online pick up. All of our bowls had little to no meat in them. The staff clearly do not like their jobs. Don’t get me started on parking. If you drive a SUV for a full size truck forget about it. We will not be ordering at this location ever. We thought it had changed but it has not. Do not order anything from this place. Save your money.

When I open up my order all I saw was a pitiful amount of rice and chicken to the side with a decent amount of sour cream.
My dad’s food looked a little bit more decent than mine but it still looked like they did not give him a decent amount.
This restaurant used to be good but due to some factors I don’t know it’s quickly falling down in quality.
If you have a Chipotle closer to you that isn’t in this area I recommend going there instead.

UPDATE: As of November 19th, this is day 5 and I can’t stop running to the bathroom. I’ve never had food poisoning like this and it’s absolutely terrible. I’m calling the health department and potentially going to the ER if this goes another day. Severe cramps, can’t eat anything or keep anything in me. I honestly don’t know how there is anything left in me. This is terrible. Yall need to be investigated.
ORIGINAL POST: I normally love Chipotle but my experience yesterday (November 13, 2025) for lunch. Had the steak burrito. The first thing I noticed while inline was a lack of cleanliness in the store. And if you read my previous reviews of any business I almost never have anything negative to say.
While eating the taste was a little off, I actually couldn’t finish it which is also as rare as Hailey’s comet. I immediately drove home early from work because I already wasn’t feeling that well.
This morning it hit me with all of its fury. I almost had an accident while dropping my daughter off… but not the kind of accident you might be thinking of… I needed to find a bathroom and like 10 mins ago….
So if you are there yesterday and felt like I did… that’s probably why.
Final note, the taller girl preparing the food, was nice and you could tell working hard. The girl working the register acted like she was having a terrible day and I felt like I was bothering her asking her for chips.

8 people waiting in line for chicken. A 5 minute wait. These “8” customers told me to go ahead because ALL of them were waiting on chicken. The girls behind the counter refused to give me service, because those “8” were ahead of me. Even though they were the ones that let me go ahead because I didn’t want chicken.
There wasn’t even a clean table in the place. While 4 employees were waiting for chicken, they should have been cleaning.
Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.
