I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before came to this location, never been before. I asked for rice, they gave me barely half of a scoop, i asked for more and was ignored. I asked for extra chicken and got probably 12 pieces total, i said something about the portions being skimpy and they rolled their eyes at me and looked at eachother but said nothing. I only had a short time while this was my lunch break so unfortunately i didn’t have time to go elsewhere or i would have left right then and there. I will never return to this location and you would think with so many reviews about them skimping paying customers something would be done to change this. I added a photo of my bowl that is supposed to have extra chicken and rice lol as you can see it hardly covers the bottom of the bowl. Sad.

i typically place an online order at this location, i would usually order normal bowls and burritos, but due to getting shorted on portion sizes i switched to the build your own chicken kit so i could just do it myself, was great the first time i ordered but as time has went on i keep getting less and less chicken and toppings and i even order extra chicken each time, the meal is supposed to have 4-6 servings and with the addition of the extra chicken which is supposed to be 2 extra servings, that should bring it to 6-8 servings, we barely get 4 servings out of this meal and we’re not over eating i measure everything out with my own food scale, and on my most recent order there was beans mixed in with my rice and rice mixed in with my beans, and i’m usually missing items that i have to go back in and retrieve, i’ve brought this to their attention a few times, about the portions and missing items, i was once offered a free bowl but i dont want free stuff i just want the stuff i paid for and with the correct amounts, i visit this location once or twice a week due to a busy lifestyle and this is the only location and healthiest option for ”fast food” i think the least they could do is get my order right and give me the proper amounts that i pay for

I ordered a Burrito Bowl through door dash today, knew I was taking a risk because this location ALWAYS skimps deliveries. It came as no surprise when my food arrived for me to notice it was HALF a serving. I DO NOT recommend this location to ANYBODY, DoorDash or in person this location never ceases to disappoint. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB as well as get in contact with City Officials to see if anything further can be done to ensure that this doesn’t keep happening to paying customers. Absolutely ridiculous.

So while in the area I want to get my chipotle fix for this lunch hour today and I’m glad that we did. This place is everything you’ve come to expect in the big bucks change chipotle Mexican style cuisine.
My personal favorite is a salad with the spicy tofu because it’s kind of hanging it hurts a little. And that is just how I like it so don’t judge I’m feeling judge.
But seriously this place appears to be new bright clean fresh the staff is incredibly nice and the food was wonderful in fact I would say delicious.

Worst place to eat. My order was simple, yet it was made wrong twice. After the first mistake, they apologized and remade it—only to get it wrong again. Very frustrating experience. I would not go back and would not recommend eating here.

I ordered a chicken bowl and it was practically all lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and tomatoes. I got the normal portions for those but the rice, beans and chickens were half scoops. The person in front of me got full scoops the only other difference was the person that made them.

Wow, what a mess this place was the night we stopped. 1/4 of the tables were filled with customers the other 3/4 were disgusting – covered in food and trash from the previous customers. The staff were testy and rude with the customers ordering in front of us. They were out of lettuce and simply snapped back at customers asking for lettuce ‘No Lettuce’. Their food serving line looked like it had not been cleaned called day and they just slide the wrap and bowls right through it. So when you picked up your wrap you were handling old dried food on the outside of your wrapper.
Needless to say we did not order and walked out after observing the mess.
