Went to chipotle paid $11.05 plus extra barbacoa $5.90 total price $17.05 with possible cross contamination. Mostly rice in my bowl. Doesn’t look like extra meat. I realize I will not be buying chipotle ever again. I could of went to rooster and bought half salad 4 tenders for this price. I could have went to texas roadhouse and bought a full meal for $12.99. Never again.

I use to love chipotle but after my experience I can’t say I’ll be back again or at least not for a while. My daughter and I had planned on going in to eat together as a special treat but eating inside was out of the question with how dirty it was. The employees were also not warm or welcoming at all either and to top it all off our food was cold. With this location being the newest you would think it would be clean and running smoothly but that’s not the case. All in all super disappointing experience

Wow. This place has went down hill quick. It’s just so gross to see the cross contamination all over. The sour cream is in EVERYTHING, and on their gloves(and other food get attached/folded to their baggy gloves, and will get dropped in the next bowl) . So even when you don’t eat sour cream, it’s still on your dish. We watched a pepper smothered in sour cream just slowly and dramatically slide down the corn container… And there was a lot of sour cream IN the corn. I wouldn’t normally comment on this, but it’s getting worse Everytime we go. And then we went to get a fork and napkins- it looked like a disaster happened. that corner looked like it was condemned. Has a health inspection happened lately??? If it hasn’t, it needs to. Does corporate think this is acceptable? I won’t post pictures. They have cameras if they actually care. Is there an actual store manager? We used to eat here regularly… But it’s not getting better. (Well let me rephrase this, I stopped eating there a while ago, but two in my household will, but no thank you- we have food at home)

There was only one other person who was checking out whenever I came into the store. The girl working was more focused on flirting with her coworker then providing any kind of customer service. They told me they didn’t have anymore white rice then proceeded to pull out a new bin of white rice after my order had already been made. They were also conveniently out of other things as well or only put a sprinkle of other things I asked for in my bowl. I’ve never had any problems with this location until tonight with the horrible attitudes from the employees. Go anywhere else besides this location, it’s not worth the money or time at all

Out of all of the chipotle establishments that I have ever been in, this is by far the worst. You are always waiting on food, while dealing with their attitudes. Their attitude’s match the cleanliness of the restaurant. This is one of the newer locations, which is a last resort type of situation. There is a Taco Bell in the same parking lot. If their line wasn’t always so long, I would definitely go there to spend more money on food that comes out of plastic bags then to deal with this Chipotle. Taco Bell may not have the highest quality of food, but they have great attitudes and great customer service at that location. Do yourself a favor and Try to find a different restaurant to go to. My family and I spend a lot of money with chipotle, but when it comes to this location, we feel like they just playing out don’t want you there. Fortunately, I had to give them a star, but they don’t deserve that.

Terrible. If I could give one star I would. Went in almost 2 hours before close. The employees were cleaning, which me and 2 other customers stood in line for well over 10 mins. It wasn’t until someone spoke up, we got served and even then it was a hassle. The young lady asked the man to take our order it still took over 5 mins for him to take my order. The portions are so small, barely any meat on the spoon. Never again, I try to give this chipotle a chance but time and time again they show they’re not up to par. I believe there was even a manager on shift taking temps instead of correcting her employees to take my order. Complete unprofessional.

This location ignores cars at windows and continues making orders. When there are 13 cars in line, wouldn’t it make sense to check the window to see if that customer’s order is ready to be handed out? I got in line at 5:11pm(when notified order was ready), got to window at 5:29 and nobody came over, so I knocked on window. Got lectured several minutes by General Mgr Jasmine because my three knocks ” scared her kids.” I asked if my order was ready, and there it was, sitting on the ready shelf. Got my food at 5:34, 23 minutes after promised time. So her priority is her kids when there’s 13 cars in line waiting for their orders, while her “kids” ignore waiting customers and continue making newer orders? Hand out the completed orders first! This is the 4th time in a row I’ve had a long wait at this location, so I’ll comply with her request to not knock on the window by ordering from a different, more efficient location. This store needs better leadership.

Like most other reviewers, I’ve had nothing but disappointing experiences at this location. The food has been fair, but portions are small even when asking for and paying for double portions of meat. Even worse is the poor attitude of employees on a consistent basis. They act like you’re bothering them by just being there. Very poor work ethic. Go elsewhere.

Never ever come here, I stood in line for a long time while there were only a few people in line. One worker took the order of everyone, they were entirely understaffed which reflects management. There were only 3 young kids working, I didn’t see a single person that looked a day over 18 working. The workers were unpleasant, and did not appear to be hygienic whatsoever. Even the pop machine had sodas woth almost no syrup in them. Overall the worst service I’ve ever had, especially for Chipotle, I’d rather go to the one off of 256 in Pickerington, or drove all the way to Reynoldsburg to get food than ove to deal with this again. Trust me, it’s worth the extra drive.
