This is a Chipotle. Hopefully you know what you’re getting in to at this point so the review will be about the service, staff, cleanliness and atmosphere.
We went around 7pm on a Friday and it was busier for pickup orders than lobby. There was no wait. The staff were really helpful (we have picky kids) and courteous. The restaurant was kept clean and neat. There were only a few other patrons.
I’ve been to plenty of Chipotle’s and this one was really great as far as the things mentioned above. One thing I’ve noticed is that ordering ahead at ANY Chipotle you tend to get slightly smaller portions but at this one that was pleasantly not the case.
Edit: Oh I almost forgot! This one also has a drive through for digital pickup orders, it is NOT a drive through where you pull up and order but if you place your order online or through the app, you can drive up and get your order instead of going inside. I haven’t personally used this feature before today but it’s really convenient! Absolutely will do this again.

This was a very nice restaurant. Much different layout than most. It was very cool. They had a big circle in the middle. I also like the open beams on the roof. We had a very good meal. Very close to a lot of stores. My daughter and I are both fans of their drinks. Most are a little bit too sweet. So watch out for that.

Okay, okay. Raise your hand if you ever had HARD rice in your rice bowl? I’ve had it happen SO.MANY.TIMES.AT.EASTON! But HERE??? Idk if I came in at the right time or place but….my rice was NOT hard for ONCE! I just have to say I REALLY appreciate that! Like I’m not sure anyone understands how frustrating it is to get rice that eats like a light Brite pixel (iykyk)
Anyway, the fellas that were inside were generally cool. The guy that made that large burrito for my friend after his coworker and I were trying to figure out how in the world he was gonna fold all of those toppings into the tortilla? Taco Bell could NEVER! I couldn’t even do it if I tried lol! The way we were both concerned and he literally looked over at the guy at the register and said “I got this” and rolled that burrito so PERFECTLY…I wish they knew who they rolled that burrito for because they would have been shocked lol! I would come here again if I know it would be like this…EVERYTIME…This location gave Chipotle Thier first win from me…and that’s saying aLOT! Good job guys!

I feel horrible for the front line guy, the manager left him and should have helped him. The store is a mess and the pop spouts are not even on and she walked away to leave him with a huge line.! He did great but i believe you need a better manager.

This was a great group of individuals working together as a team. They are fast efficient and they kept the place clean and feeling very inviting on this very sunny but chilly day. I’m glad I stopped in here had a seat read my magazine and ate some delicious food. It was suggested to try the spicy not so spicy sweet chicken, andI’m glad I did keep up the good work team!

When I have a taste for a little bit of Mexican I order Chipotle. I am not a fan of spicy even thou what I order always have some spice in it. My carnita burrito was good. It had the right amount of ingredients cheese, brown rice, 1/2 black beans & 1/2 pinto beans & sour cream. Now the bad news what happened to my burrito I had to ask family seeing I haven’t order since 2021, (bad rating because food burrito was missing the other 1️⃣/2️⃣ so this evening 9/4/23 I picked up a order for me & my son 2 different orders I ask to see his burrito …. I said Wow yours is big so they definitely cheated me in my burrito. Tonight I ordered a burrito so I could get all my & ingredients. 2nd time pickup process was delayed & it should have been ready @550 & 6,it was 620
