Finally making a review after 2 years of visits.

The good— Friendly staff from all of my experiences!

The bad, basically everything else— this is probably the worst chipotle when it comes to portions, especially when mobile ordering. From my experience here, the meat portions have ranged from light to almost invisible. It’s like they dice the meat up super fine and sprinkle half a scoop over the rice. It’s a joke. The toppings are hit or miss… But I will say if you are an extra toppings person, best of luck. (No experience with ordering extra rice myself) Ordering extra lettuce or extra corn seems to earn me a smaller than normal portion on top.

I’ve noticed a pattern when redeeming rewards, it’s like they don’t think you deserve a full portion. I’ve redeemed entrees, extra meat, and guac here — if you try it, kiss your reward goodbye. I’ve used my free guac reward previously and received no guac, had to get ahold of customer service for another guac reward. I redeemed an extra meat reward and I got a single portion. Today I used a free entre, so I splurged on carne asada. Big mistake. I might as well have ordered a veggie bowl. I’m sure you have seen the carne asada ads, showing big thick cuts of steak. Well here it’s nothing like it. It was diced up so small and I maybe had 5 bites where I actually had a piece of steak.

Overall, portions are a joke. On top of that, as other reviewers mention, the food is routinely more cold than warm. Save your money or try a different chipotle.

Didn’t eat inside. I used the Chipotlane. I had to wait 9 minutes for my order because there was a line. My food was cold; my fajita bowl barely had fajita vegetables, and I had requested extra; I used a reward for “extra protein,” and got less than the amount of chicken as a single helping. To top everything off, I got a 22 oz fountain lemonade (which was all water), and I had ordered a 32-ounce organic lemonade. I don’t know what was going on in there tonight, but this was easily the worst order I have gotten from this location. I hope it gets better.

AVOID! Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered food online to be picked up at 6:30. I got there at 6:44 and it still wasn’t ready. I had stand around being ignored until I finally approached the cashier to ask about my food. When I received it, the above picture is what I got. When I asked to have it remade – very little rice, lettuce, and I asked for pico and there’s none, I was told I had to go back through the line to have it remade. The line that went out the door, which I was trying to avoid by placing it online. Never was I offered an apology for the wait or the condition of my food. I wonder if this is how they make their bowls. I was told that’s “their portion size”. I called customer service and had to practically beg for a refund. They wanted to load a free entree on my account but I have no desire to go here again. Chipotle has gotten out of hand with the minimal portions.

Was really surprised when I walked into this location, there was an odor to it, then was so disappointed at how disgusting the food bins looked, like no one took pride in their work environment, dried food around some of the bins. Looked dirty. Then when ordering even when you told them only half of something they kept piling it on , didn’t appreciate the cup of sour cream when I asked for half of a spoon. Wasted half my meal because it was swimming in the sour cream.

Don’t order online to pick up, just go through the line. They are chincy and apathetic back in the kitchen making the online orders. It’s most likely some high school kid who doesn’t care and just slops mini portions into your bowl. And who knows what else, better not to know. See pic. That was out of the bag before I touched anything. 2/3 full, barely any cheese or sour cream, and very salty taste. Chipotle used to be better, but it’s become so big that it’s now the McDonalds or Walmart of the fast casual food industry. Qdoba is much better, I’ve started going there more often. After my 2/3 salty bowl at Chipotle last night, I may quit Chipotle and do Qdoba exclusively now.
**Update** went back today for the first time since my review above (almost a month later) for a free coupon they sent me for my complaint. Not much has changed. Meal was average, the place had no guac and funniest of all, no napkins! I asked them if they could refill the napkin dispensers because they were empty and the girl said they don’t have napkins. Lol what?! What restaurant doesn’t have napkins?! See pic. New Albany Chipotle is terrible, I won’t be going here anymore. QDOBA is my go to place now.

This Chipotle used to be good but now it has some dark energy. Ominus vibes. Bad service. Bad attitudes from the staff. It is frequently a mess at random times in the day. I avoid this location even though it is closest to me.

They ALWAYS mess up my online order, my order has three ingredients! (Steak, rice & cheese) This time they had about 4 extra ingredients!! So annoying! It’s not that hard! So done ordering here!

This is by far, consistently, the worst chipotle I have ever experienced. I’ve ordered from here 4 times and each time has had an issue. Either items were missing, I was charged wrong, burritos have been half the size they should be, full order of chips was a handful. Poorly run. I’ve tried ordering online, fail. I’ve tried ordering in person and the music is so loud, with everyone wearing masks, makes it nearly impossible to communicate. I’m done. I will never come back to this location.

I ordered a chicken bowl and the chicken was cold. Seems like it was just taken out of the refrigerator cold. And when I asked if normal they said no sorry about that. Also my son’s kids meal had more rice than my adult bowl.
