After today, I think I am done with this location. The past three times I have been here, the bowl has never been full. Not to mention the bowl was cold when I ate it. I’m not sure if it’s a management problem, or if it’s the employees just not caring about quality, but paying $10 for a bowl that isn’t even full and is cold is ridiculous.

This is the first chipotle(out of many) I have found bones in my chicken, and not just once. They are almost always out of fajitas, busy or not. (Most of)The workers have bad attitudes and clearly don’t care about their job. Also, why would they have advertisements for the high protein adobo chicken if they don’t serve, said, adobo chicken. The food is great when it’s missing bones.

I don’t often include pictures in my reviews, but this latest order from Chipotle in Marysville, Oh really irritated me. We ordered the new Brisket. We love the taste of the Brisket just FYI! My beef is with serving size. Paying almost $13.00 a bowl and getting this amount of food is ridiculous! My wife also ordered extra rice. Her meal is on the right. There is barely enough for one. The amount of Brisket I had was negligible (left). It was more tomato than anything! I know Chipotle in general has had issues with their serving amounts, but this is not good. Please do better!

I placed a mobile order totaling to over $30 at the Marysville, Ohio location. I picked up my order and drove all the way home only to find the bag with my order contained 1) a bowl with someone else’s name and order 2) a burrito with a bowl sticker on it and 3) one of the original bowls with the incorrect sticker on it. The shear lack of organization and preparedness of this location is truly astounding. A customer should never have to open up every item of their pickup order to confirm its accuracy. I really hope this isn’t a common occurrence for this location because the amount of issues I encountered with this one order is ridiculous. I also attempted to contact support rather than writing a review, but the form submissions were down.

I frequently travel for work. I no longer trust chipotle to be my go-to meal because I’ve had so many experiences like this. I failed to check the reviews before stopping here, and I was burned again because another location is portion skimping.
I can’t blame the workers. I can’t even blame the managers. Stuff like this typically comes from the top.

Was annoyed that I asked for extra rice when the burrito was only gonna have 3 ingredients. Isn’t rice the cheapest thing you guys have to make. Can’t be costing you too much to throw an extra spoonful or two in a plain burrito for my kid smh. Do better !
Not welcoming at all prolly won’t come back. Since my child’s burrito seems to be a hassle. For some damn extra rice.

I remember when this place was good. I’m looking forward to the other one opening in town. Staff was less than polite. Place was an absolute mess. I had to ask them to clean a table so I could sit down. I saw two people that worked here get themselves a drink and leave the drink station completely messy. Food on the floor. Tortilla bins that I am sure we’re sitting on the floor sitting on top of other open tortilla bins. Absolutely repugnant.

I stopped in about 5 pm. The line was long but it moved pretty quickly. They were very efficient, and the food was good. Most of the tables were dirty which was really the only issue. I would come back to this location.
