Without a doubt the most incompetent Chipotle location I have visited. Consistently out of key ingredients such as white rice or chicken. When the ingredients are stocked they are often poorly prepared. The service is unbearably slow, I often wait in line for upwards of fifteen minutes with less than three people ahead of me. I regularly fill my “water cup” with soda to spite this location. They should have put a bojangles here instead.
UPDATE 11/10/25: I have since left the restaurant, am now residing in my bathroom where I have been for the past two hours. without getting into the details, my stomach did not react well to the food, think it was the queso.

I highly encourage anyone who hasn’t worked in a restaurant style of customer service to dig deep and maybe have some empathy Y’all aren’t always easy to deal with. Although my online order was a few minutes late, the food was fresh and the service was excellent. I was asked by multiple staff if I had been helped as I was waiting and my food was checked on multiple times. The portion sizes were fair, and the food was hot. Excellent job from the staff!

Ordered a burrito with DOUBLE CHICKEN, it had exactly TWO PIECES of chicken in the entire burrito. What a joke. I’m so done with Chipotle as a franchise. They want to charge nearly $20 for a burrito and can’t even give you what you pay for? Steer clear.

I’ve tried to give this Chipotle location multiple chances, but it’s still a complete train wreck.
They are constantly out of key ingredients right at the beginning of the dinner rush. How do you run out of basic items before the evening even really gets going? It happens over and over again.
On top of that, the line moves painfully slow. I’ve waited 15–20 minutes with only a handful of people in front of me. There’s no sense of urgency and no organization. Usually only one person working the line.
The worst experience was with an online order. I showed up at the scheduled pickup time and was told it would be *another* 30 minutes. What’s the point of ordering ahead if it’s not even started until after you arrive?
I’ve really tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but nothing improves. If you value your time (or actually want the ingredients you ordered), you’re better off going to the New Albany location.

As far as chipotle is concerned, this one seems like it is on the right track. I’ve been here twice since this location opened and both times the waits have been reasonable, the staff have been friendly, the store has been clean, and the food has been good! Those things don’t happen simultaneously at many Chipotles. Now, it is important to note, that this location is still brand new and therefore I am reserving the 5th star for a few months down the road to see if they keep it up.

Placed a pickup order for Chipotlane, supposed to be ready at 6pm. Arrived at 6:03, sat in a line 12 cars long until 6:20, same car sitting at the front of the line the whole time, no movement in the line whatsoever. I eventually got enough room to leave the line, go inside and get my burrito from an apologetic cashier. Food was ice cold by the time I got it. I understand stuff happens, but to keep 12 cars waiting for orders that should theoretically be on a shelf waiting to be handed to us is ridiculous. I was late to work and didn’t even have time to eat my cold burrito.

Honestly in my opinion, this is one of the better Chipotles out there. Even though people say the place is always a mess and the staff are rude, i never see any examples of that. The staff try their best to maintain cleanliness and try to keep up with everything, and honestly they do a decent job.
Most people who come here are too quick to judge and leave a very negative review because of some minor inconvienence. They’re out of something specific? Just be patient or open your variety. this Chipotle seems to be pretty busy most of the day so its understandable why they run out of stuff quickly and wait times are a little more than others.
All and all, people need to stop whining and give this place a chance, I say it’s been doing great since it opened this spring. Food is good, I LOVE their queso and steak, and staff are pretty chill.

Had a pickup time of 6:20pm. Didn’t get food till 6:45pm. Food was cold at pickup. 3 out of 4 orders placed were incorrect. Ingredients missing out of both kids meals included juice boxes. Burrito was half the size, that we would normally get. All around terrible.
