Yesterday at 12:36 No chicken, No white rice, No black beans!! Employees were disinterested and not moving with any sense of direction. The steak was cut in strips and large pieces which made it Not like any other chipotle i have ever had. Will NEVER eat here again.

I had the misfortune to hear a person, appearing to be the manager, talking about how they will beat up, he used different words, an employee when he comes in and that he sent him home because he was gay. The man saying this was saying it to the man ringing me up. I was absolutely disgusted. I will NEVER step foot in another Chipotle due to this type of behavior. I’m repulsed. I have the employees name that he was referring to, but it would not be appropriate to place it here. Do better!

Extremely dirty. The meat was burned into the bottom of the pan. The cold salsa and lettuce had frozen chunks of freezer burn all over them… Someone was taking the temperature of the meat while I was standing there and saw the quality that they were putting out and was OK with it. I would not recommend!!!!

Night shift manager, and she called two higher people about the maggot found. All they did was refund my money but not my daughters which bought food directly after mine. As I waited for my refund, the manager went on to help other another customer. I told her I had people waiting on me and she said I have customers waiting as if I wasnt a customer. I Loved Chipotles but the Hopkisnville one, never will return.

This location is in a serious need of proper management, it’s definitely the filthiest location I’ve ever been to. There was only 1 employee out of the crew that was trying her best to give good customer service. The others looked at you like you were inconveniencing them by coming in and wouldn’t even say a word. The food was ok at best. Do better Chipotle! Won’t be back to this location, I’ll stick with Clarksville.

Honestly I was hesitant to visit this location because I heard and read so many bad reviews. However, my wife finally decided to try this location in December when they had the buy one entree, get one free promotion and we were pleasantly surprised that the food was good. I have been back once and I had no issues so hopefully they got their issues worked out.

They were out of meat and had to wait 15 minutes for them to cut it. After waiting for the meat to be cut they then realized they were out of queso and informed us after our was made that it would be another 20 minutes before the queso would be ready. Steak and queso are two main ingredients in the food offered, customers shouldn’t have to wait for those to be replenished

I’ve been coming to this location several times at various hours and I must say this is the most organized, clean and friendly Chipotle I’ve ever eaten at EVER! On the surface, the staff seems to get along with each other no matter the combination.
