Don’t waste your money here. I placed an order on the app and almost everything was wrong. I ordered 2 bowls with a tortilla on the side and a burrito. When I got my food my burrito was made as a bowl and my tortilla on the side was missing. So I brought my food back in to be fixed (I live over an hour away and can’t eat a bowl driving down the road), and when I did the girl with black hair was very rude and irritated that I didn’t just eat what they gave me. I was waiting for a good 15 minutes when another employee asked what I was waiting for. I attempted to tell them that I was waiting for my food to be remade and the girl with the black hair came over and yelled at me saying she was taking care of it. Wow! I know they were busy so I just chopped it up to a bad night, took my remake and told her to have a good night. One of the bowls I ordered was for lunch today, I ordered a steak bowl with double protein. When I went to eat it it had a single portion of CHICKEN!! I paid for double steak just to get home and find chicken in my bowl! I have a kid with alpha gal! The only time I don’t eat chicken is when we go out to eat!!! Not to mention the steak is almost $3 more than chicken! So I reach out to customer service. At this point I’m pissed. I spent over $42 on 2 bowls and a burrito. They come back and offer me a free drink oh and it expires in 30 days. I live over an hour away! There is no way I’m gonna make it anywhere near a store in the next 30 days. So I ask for a refund. They come back with, I’ve added a free entree to your account but it expires in 30 days. What part of I can’t make it out there in the next 30 days did you not understand! Come on people! Then they disconnect the chat and I have to go back through all of this again to get a live agent who wants to give me $11.35 refund. My bowl that was completely wrong was almost $20!!!! Ultimately I ended up with a refund of $17.91, a giant headache and 2 freebies that will expire before I’m in a town with a Chipotle again. Like I said don’t waste your money here. This place is a joke and the employees don’t want to be there and make it very obvious. And to the girl with the black hair, find a new job! You obviously hate this one.

Made my food for me then said we can only take cash pretty sketchy 11/12/2025. Not good management I would have gave it free or a coupon for next time something. Not just sorry about your luck. It occurred to me the next day she probably should’ve told me go ahead ordered online and use your card genius but nope. Sorry for the rant. I was just so hungry at the time

Can’t bring myself to spend my hard earned money at this location. Trash overflowing, tables are disgusting. Can’t even begin to think of how the kitchen looks when the dining room looks as bad as this. Not one customer in here and all employees just standing around in amazement that I would even think to pictures if how filthy it was! Do better!!

The Chipotle on Scottsville road was clean. I was shocked they were out of Fajita veggies, however the wait wasn’t too long to get them made.
The food is always fresh and the workers are friendly and their uniforms were clean.
The parking is a little difficult but I have learned how to navigate it.

I had an awesome experience at Chipotle. This was my first time there and when I walked in I was amazed because it is nothing like the normal ‘”fastfood” places I normally visit during my lunch. The food is cooked practically in front of you. And you have several different choices of meats and veggies you might desire. It’s like a super fresh Mexican subway.

Dear Chipotle Team,
I am writing to express my frustration with the repeated errors in my orders. This ongoing issue is unacceptable and requires immediate attention.
Most recently, I ordered a steak bowl with extra steak (an additional $5.55) and extra fajita veggies. However, my order arrived missing the fajita veggies and the extra steak. Additionally, I ordered a steak quesadilla, and what I received was completely incorrect.
This lack of accuracy and attention to detail is extremely disappointing, and it reflects poorly on the level of service. It seems mistakes are a recurring issue, and there is a noticeable lack of hospitality in addressing them.
With a second Chipotle location opening in Bowling Green, KY, I hope it brings a higher standard of service. In the meantime, I urge Chipotle’s corporate team to address this matter and ensure proper training and quality control at the existing location.
