We came here tonight for dinner and there was only one crew member for preparing the food and cashing people out. There were a at least 4 other employees in the store that could have had been assisting that lone employee. This wasn’t that big of a deal to us because it was a short line.
But the thing that made us walk out was that the employee went from cashing out the first person in line to preparing the food of the person in front of us, without switching her gloves. Handing change to that person to immediately preparing the food.

I have had a few questionable experiences here with the food and pickup lane, but I have given them 2nd and 3rd chances…no more! Today I ordered a chicken bowl for pickup at 12:50. I arrive at the pickup lane exactly at 12:50, one car in front of me. We both sat there for 10 minutes before the window was even opened! I called the store to make sure someone was attending the window as there were now 3 cars behind me and was told “we are waiting on chicken”. Why? I ordered my food 30 minutes before my pickup time.
Once the customer in front of me is taken care of, I pull up and am asked my name and the young man disappears. I sit there for another 7 minutes before I get my order!!! I’ve now spent more than half of my break waiting for the order I placed ahead of time so I could enjoy my food. To top it off, I get no apologies for the wait or have a good day, just a blank stare as I am handed my food. Additionally, I paid for double meat and didnt even receive a whole portion and my bowl was a mess!
I love me some Chipolte but I am DONE with the Erlanger location.

I don’t make these usually, had to this time. Great service, shout out the woman with the dyed hair. Best portion sizing of any Chipotle I’ve been to(Rice and beans cost like nothing right?) Every where else they give nothing tho.

Some of the food that I had ordered was not in my bag, no one told me when I had picked it up. When I had asked for a refund I was told I had to go back in the app to do so. Unfortunately they did not give money back just a free item. (To summarize they will not give you your food, not tell you about it, and not give you your money back) p.s. the worker was lovely, crazy business model to have!

Ordered a veggie bowl with sofritas- after adding guac, queso, and the bag of chips I like to eat a bowl with it was almost $20 which would be fine if I was able to eat it but there was a piece of steak in it, so the picture shows what I was unable to eat. I have been a vegetarian for over two decades so this completely ruined the meal for me. My go to order isn’t even a bowl, it’s a quesadilla which this location refuses to do unless it’s a pickup or DoorDash order because “the quesadilla maker is a part of that line, not the in restaurant line”. Ridiculous and disappointing.

Their food is good, but the chicken wasn’t hot and the sour cream was luke warm. The service was terrible, they barely put any food in my bowl and I had to keep telling the guy to put more in. I’m not one to comment on service because we all have our days…. But this was pretty pathetic. I kept getting quarter scoops not full scoops, and when I asked the guy to put more in he still barely put anything in. If I’m getting food, I want to get what I pay for and I did not. Usually my bowl is so full that the chipotle people have to always press my food down, this time it barely even came above the rim…. That’s how little this guy was putting in. I went on a Monday night. The chipotle in Independence and usually anywhere else I go is amazing and always fills my bowl, even if I do take out.

What is it with Chipotle and their inability to either order enough stock or prep enough food? I loved this location for almost a year but the last 3 times I stopped in, I left. They seem to ALWAYS be out of one or more of brown rice, chicken, sour cream, cheese. Come on, now.. sour cream and cheese take less than 5 mins to prep. Maybe I’ll try again in 6 months to see if things have gotten better before I write it off as bad management

1pm on a Sunday was rough. Seating areas and drink station were a mess, line where they make the food as well . . . Bathroom was surprisingly in order, just not well lit. Took a good 20/25 minutes to get through the line and out the door . . . They seemed to be working hard . . . Maybe short staffed and new employees . . . Not sure. They were out of forks and the cashier handed me a fork with his hands on the part that would go in my mouth . . . He also placed his fingers in my cup . . . I asked for a different fork and rinsed out my cup. . . The bowl was great . . . Pricing is getting insane though.

My rice in my bowl was uncooked and crunchy and the lady making it barely put any ingredents in it and wasn’t even filled to the top and and the lady running the production line can barely speak English and doesn’t even know how to use the register.
