Last two double Barbacoa bowls have been inedible (picture enclosed). 21 dollars and that should not be served. Used to be a favorite eating spot for quick meal but its horrible. Mobile orders not started until after I arrive and the store is empty. Needs managed!! Nasty quality!! We spend alot of money here but done and going to Bipibop from here out!!

First of all what happened to the burrito size??? I am a woman of only 5’4, my hands are tiny! Order was placed online and to be ready at 7:30 that we were picking up. Secondly, do you all not know how to read?? No sour cream mentioned on either of the burritos which were 2 of the exact same thing, yet one is coated in it, and neither of them had corn salsa on them either. Thirdly, what’s up with the tiny sliver of Barbacoa in the only semi edible burrito??? We ordered 72 dollars worth of burritos/bowls ($7 of it being a tip to the maker!!) and $20 plus is inedible. I will NEVER order online with you again! Thankfully, corporate stepped in to take care of this because the link to the automated system offered 2 BOGO offers for the next time we ordered. I don’t want your offer if you can’t get read and get it right!

All I can say is left and went to the Hebron location. The Burlington had behavioral issues. The burrito maker was angry and couldn’t the burritos and the to go station had a guy ranting slamming spoons around and running back in forth from the prep stations with fists full of ingredients. Never have I ever seen anything like it. It was like a sequel of “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest”. Go to the Hebron location for better quality and service.

Ordered through the mobile app and when we picked up our food one of our bowls was literally half full, and our other bowl wasn’t correct either, but at least had the full portion size. As if thats something to applaud. The most upsetting thing is when I try to reach out to any sort of customer service to get this experience rectified I am just sent to an AI chat bot that tells me thanks for the feedback but offers no support whatsoever. It just seems like this company doesn’t care about the quality of their food or customer experience anymore as within the last year I have just had bad experience after bad. Save yourself the trouble, there are many other delicious burrito places in the area where the service is friendlier, portion sizes better and price way more affordable.

Ordered a steak burrito bowl and they put in some red sauce I didn’t ask for that was extremely spicy and the rice was ROCK hard not even cooked a little bit. And I got a whole bay leaf in my food too. Worst food I’ve ever had from a restaurant. And also as a dasher who has dealt with this store alot, they give people’s order away to random people and don’t make them confirm the order resulting in the next person getting the order but unable to get the food because they gave it away. Then they will refuse to remake it.

I use this location for monthly pick up catering orders for up to 175 people and the manager and her staff go out of their way to make our events flawless!!! Our out of town guests LOVE it!!

I gave this review this way because my food tasted fine however the guy on the line making my food put THREE SCOOPS of rice in my bowl and was adding my toppings like it was coming out of his check. I’m pretty sure he was counting the fajita pepper slices as he slowly released them from the tongs across the bowl. This may be my last time at this chipotle (which i eat at probably 2-3 times a week). I will go to another location and if i still get this kind of service I’ll quit chipotle altogether and go to BIBIBOP.

We have ordered take out several times from this store. The last two times have been very disappointing. The bowl was 1/2 empty the last time and we contacted the store. We hoped for an improvement yet there was none with our last order. Will not spend money here again. It’s a shame since we recently spent a considerable amount of money here catering a birthday party.

This place has gone so far downhill, the staff looks miserable and is usually untrained and the entire place is disgusting. Food all over every table during lunch hours garbage cans are full, drink area is covered in God knows what. Even the line where they make your food doesn’t get wiped down and is constantly covered in food that we can only guess is from the same day. Save yourself time and go to literally any other chipotle.

I go here often. And the same girl makes my food and does a great job. This is the second time that management has yelled at this employee for putting “too much” protein on my tacos. Very rude and unprofessional I guess management wants their customers to get the bare minimum of food while paying a premium price
