This is a great store, the portions are frustrating however. When I go inside and eat they usually do make me a larger burrito. When I order through drive-thru this is typically what I get. A very tiny burrito i can wipe out in just a few bites. For more than $10/ person i’d really appreciate more rice and cheese to help fill out my burrito. If you’re ordering you might just want to go in, otherwise you’ll most likely receive a very tiny meal too.

Top-notch service, food, and location at this Chipotle in Alexandria. I probably had one the best meals in a long time! The staff was super friendly, fast, and accommodating. The place was very clean, well stocked, and busy. They even have a Chipotlane for drive-through/online order pickups. My chicken tacos were stellar. The salsa was so fresh and queso was hot & creamy. Delicious . I can’t wait to go back again!!

I ordered online and didn’t get my food until 40 minutes after I had ordered it (30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready). That alone isn’t enough to make me leave a review though. What I can’t stand is the fact that one employee was super rude and defensive towards me. I went in to pick it up. After waiting 10 minutes, I asked if it would be faster if I just got in line to have my food made (since it seemed that line was moving steadily). She was snappy at me and told me there’d been a rush all day and that I needed to sit and wait. I genuinely wanted to know if it’d be faster that way.
So, yeah. It took forever and the girl working was a real jerk. Emphasis on that second part. The other employees were appropriately polite though.

Ordered online, what I was given was super disappointing. Almost no meat at all, hardly beans but there’s a ton of water from the beans. Oh, and to make it better the whole burrito bowl was cold.

Normally I love Chipotle and have enough food for two meals. My bowl was about 1/4 of my regular order and I ate it all and was still hungry. There was barely any meat or any ingredients. Even dismal amount of rice. And the chips were burnt.

I placed an order with three entries, between our three items, we had 5 side dishes, but when we pick up the order they only packed 2 SD’s. Can you believe that they missed three out of the five SDs. If they missed just one, we can email it but their three side dishes, that isn’t acceptable. One of the items we ordered was quesadilla which comes with three SD‘s, The orders receipt, the one they put in the bowl had printed the three SDS ordered, but they only added just one SD, how do they make such a big mistake? They just left two components of the box empty, unlike the burrito bowl the quesadilla meal is incomplete with its side dishes.

We ate there tonight and the staff was on it!! The line was to the door but the young guys preparing the food were quick, friendly and professional!! The whole team was impressive. We’ve ate there before and had some small issues but I think they’ve improved 100%!! Great job guys !! ‼️

This place always burns the chicken. The one in highland heights is better quality. Pieces or rice are hard and the chicken always taste like charcoal and hard as a rock.
