I got a salad with marinated steak, guacamole, sour cream and cheese. I paid extra for the dressing. The receipt stated it was a side over $18 total for wilted mixed lettuce mixed with spinach romaine and something else. I asked if I could just get romaine and they said no it was premixed. I think this is very much overpriced

If I could give a zero, I would. Ordered online for store pickup. Got home and the entire order (5 orders) was wrong. They had someone else’s sticker, with other people’s names, underneath ours on top of each bowl!? Had to drive back to the store for a second time. Overheard an employee telling someone else that they had no queso, but all of our orders were supposed to have it and no one mentioned it to us. Ended up asking for a refund and not waiting in the huge line for them to remake it. The manager would never come speak to us and kept sending the employee back and forth between us and her. She told the employee for us to “just call the 1-800 number, we don’t do refunds”. Impossible to talk to someone over the phone and when you call the store, you aren’t allowed to talk to anyone. Will never go back to this location ever again.

Terrible customer service this evening. They were out of about everything at the counter. I ask for the special carne asada… out… asked for chicken, out… settled on steak.. dry and over cooked. I also asked for queso… out… there had a 2nd carry out prep area… it had queso… I didn’t notice it until I already paid for. I don’t recommend until they get employees that care and food properly in stock.

Food was great. People behind the counter were fine. Place wasn’t too messy for crowd size. Only complaint- The music playing in the restaurant was awkward. Not in the mood to hear some lady speaking seductively in a foreign language while I’m eating my food.

I ordered a steak burrito through the app. An employee of mine decided to dine at this Chipotle as well. I asked them to pick up my order before they left. My burrito was packed with rice and my drink seemed like it was possibly opened already. I ate through the entire burrito just to find maybe a few pieces of steak. It was almost entirely rice. $20 for a small burrito with almost no meat and a drink that seemed open.

I reached out to management, who told me I could return, today only, to get it replaced. Not possible. My lunch had ended and I am booked full to finish my workday. She then said to call a number if I wanted a refund or anyrhing else.

So, $20 for a steak burrito, without steak. A drink that seemed tampered, and more time away from work to chase my money collected for this experience. Crazy. I spoke with my employees and they’ve all had a bad experience, similar or same at one point or another at this location. I should’ve asked, but I’ve never had to do research on a steak burrito fullfilment. Ya know? Like “Hey, what’s a good place for a steak burrito? Do they have steak in it?”

Thanks for the runaround. Won’t be back.

Yeah I’ll take my butt over to the next nearest location holyyyy, never been to a chipotle with 4 staff barking at me and where I got a sloppy quarter filled bowl with sour cream that spilled in my bag. Bonus because they overcharged me.

Paid extra for cheese on both meal, didn’t get it. The burrito fit in the palm of my hand, much smaller than the last times I’d visited this location. My burrito bowl was only half filled. Lady behind the counter had terrible customer service. I never got the fork I requested, so the food was cold by the time I got it all the way home. Not a good experience, I am sticking to tacobel.

Place was a mess. No ice tea was available of any kind. I was charged for a smoked brisket bowl when I ordered a veggie bowl. And to top it off, my chips were stale. Very disappointed

Don’t even waste your time. I’m not sure how Lexington has the lowest rated Chipotle ‘s in the US… Oh wait, yes I do know how – by hiring managers like Maria at the mall location.

They opened late, and then on top of that she was the rudest person I’ve ever met in the service industry. Just throwing things- talking rudely to the guy in front of me, and then to me, and then talking about him as he was walking out.

Whoever owns this franchise at the mall – she is ruining it and creating the same atmosphere with the people she is working with.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Currently eating here, a lot of worker up front but a lot of tables are dirty and need wiping. The reason for leaving the review was for how little serving they gave in the bowl comparatively to other chipotles. The amount of meat they gave me was laughable.
