The place was extremely dirty. I’ve never seen a place as dirty in my life than this chipotle. Needs better management and direction of staff to maintain the dining room. Plus, there was lettuce, cheese, rice all around the cash register while the manager was ringing out customers

My friend and I came in at 8:30. We were told they had no meat other than chicken. The guy working the line was very rude about it too. They had no corn either which he was also rude about. The girl working with him was also rude. The line was dirty, they weren’t stocked at all of anything they did have. The soda station by the forks was disgusting. I get you close at 10 but you should have made enough to keep you stocked until then or close to then. I was told since it was 9:30 they weren’t making anymore. Which it was not 9:30 it was 8:40 at the latest. Will not come back.

I’m in here a fair amount as it is close to my gym (not PF). The food is usually solid.
Today the food was great and the staff were all working hard to keep up. This location gets pretty busy so I bet it’s hard to do so.
The interior was a little dirty and the drink area was kind of messy. Great experience otherwise.

Try a different location. I ordered carry out via the app. When I arrived at the store a few minutes before it was supposed to be ready the app still reflected that the order was received. I waited until the projected ready time and asked about my order which was placed about 15 minutes earlier. The order was ready but the food was cold. I’m not sure if this location is the problem or the app is garbage, maybe it’s both.

Everytime I come to this location they are out of multiple items. Today they were out of chicken for 20 minutes and then once I went through the line for the third time, they were out of brown rice for an additional 30 minutes. This is just one example of the lack of preparation and proper communication this location displays in a regular basis.

My food was a disappointment at this Chipotle location. I eat Chipotle almost once a week, the quality and amount of food given is not on par with the other locations in the area. I mean it was enough, but not like all other Chipotle’s ive been to. The taste was off, I couldn’t decide what it was exactly that tasted different, but the meat was dried out and just bland in general. ♂️

I am very impressed with this Chipotle. They are more than generous with their portions! While other fast food chains are raising prices with lowered quality, Chipotle has gone grass roots to what they believe in. High quality food at a reasonable price!
