We ordered the carne asada and a chicken bowl not only were the bowls over $20 each because you now must pay per toping, but the carna asada is over cooked, over seasoned and fatty to the point it’s almost uneatable. This would be one of the worst burrito bowls I’ve ever eaten and if it where my first I would never eat here again. Buy beware of what you’re getting. I would not recommend.

We were very excited to get a chipotle in Versailles, just wish they had better quality like the others do.
We have eaten here about five times and out of the five, three we have had a bad experience, all due to the quality of food. It stems from ingredients mostly, but even the protein is not fresh sometimes. They never seem to have fresh guacamole, once they decided to put brown guacamole on one of our bowls and we couldn’t believe it. They ended up making a new bowl for us and brought fresh guacamole in.
We will never order takeout again from here, we have done it twice and both times something was wrong. The first time they gave us someone else’s order, but it had our name on the bag. The second time our Guacamole was brown again (Pictures attached). The first time we just took our food back and they remade our order. The second time we just threw it away because the protein was not fresh, it had a bad smell to it, and again the guacamole was brown. If we weren’t tight on time then we would have taken it back.
Restaurants at this location do not last long in Versailles, I was hoping that this one would. Really hope management can get involved and make this place better.

Tiny little burritos for $12. The layout of the restaurant is inconvenient and the service leaves a lot to be wanted. Not the best chipotle.
Edit: Over the past few months there has been a positive shift in my experience. Perhaps there is new management. If so, I hope they stick around. I’m upgrading to 3 stars and if the the experience stays the same I’ll circle back and upgrade again.

This is by far the worst Chipotle ever. Corporate should shut this down or change management or something. It’s embarrassing.
I’m in town temporarily and have come here two different times, 6:30pm one day and 12:20pm another day. Prime times. Neither time were busy at all, but not dead.
Both times they were literally out of ALL meat. Staff just standing around. No meat at all. Can’t make a burrito or anything.
If you’re reading this, drive into Lexington for chipotle and save yourself the disappointment.

Tonight my daughter and I ordered from Chipotle We never had a problem with Chipotle before. My chicken was so dry or burnt that I couldn’t even eat it My rice was hard and dry My daughter’s beef barcaco was so dry that she couldn’t roll it into a tortilla her rice as well was dry, we ended up throwing away a $44 order from Chipotle because the food was so burnt and dry.

My family and I have given this Chipotle location more than enough chances, but unfortunately, the quality and service continue to disappoint. I placed a mobile order and was incredibly let down — again. The food was cold when I picked it up (5 min prior to my estimated pick up time), the portion sizes were noticeably small again (not even half full bowls), and the chips were stale. On top of that, the staff was not friendly or welcoming, which just added to the negative experience. The 1 Star given is due to the food being ready on time (and the fact that 0 is not an option).
I’ve visited this location multiple times hoping things would improve since it opened, but sadly, the issues have remained consistent. I won’t be returning and will instead visit the Lexington location which has always had superior service. This location needs serious attention in both food quality and customer service.

Very disappointing location. We placed an online order for pickup at 7pm, and got there at 6:50pm for pickup. The food order was cold so no telling what time it was assembled. My husband’s chicken was awful. It was not fresh at all and very chewy. The chips were also stale.

I have rarely ever taken the time to leave a bad review for a business; however, today I am making an exception. I had to return to this restaurant after driving home and discovering that the guacamole had been left out of my granddaughter’s kids meal. One of the three spots in her tray was empty. With no apology, no acknowledgment of my inconvenience and no explanation for the empty space left in her meal, the man at the counter simply told me that guacamole was an extra charge. I paid another $2.92 after having spent $46.48 the first time. Maybe he was having a bad day, but his attitude was rude and very unprofessional!!! At the very least, he could have acknowledged their mistake in leaving her meal incomplete. I won’t be returning to this location.

We have tried to eat here twice. And both times after standing in line and realizing that they were out of whatever we wanted, we simply crossed the street to the always good MiPueblito. Do yourself a favor. Just cross the street. We did the quick math, and full service was actually less expensive than standing in line and settling for leftover bits.
