This is the worst ratings that I’ve ever given a restaurant! We spent $42 and change for two people to eat and have something to drink and a very small queso with a quarter bag of chips. I was so excited to try the beef brisket and so was my boyfriend. I asked them to make my bowl half chicken half brisket but he got complete brisket in his bowl. The brisket was the bottom of an old batch and they had a brand new batch coming up. I asked for the new batch and they told me it would take too long. The brisket had an overly sweet taste to it that I don’t believe brisket should have. The rice and beans and cheese were okay but they told me it would be $3 to add a small blob of guacamole to the top which I felt was overpriced just like the queso and chips for about no more than you would get. I asked for extra sour cream and they covered my entire dish with sour cream that it was swimming in it. I forgot to take a picture of my dish. Then when we went to get our supplies they were out of napkins and most utensils and everything was very dirty including the table we sat in. There were six to eight workers behind the counter but no one attempting to clean or replenish the dining room. This was not my first time to Chipotle, but it will definitely be my last. Highly dissatisfied!

I tend to go here mid afternoon so I see the same staff during the day and she really does an excellent job making the food , telling me new items added to the menu. I always buy a bottled coca cola and leave w a smile .. excellent!!!! They’re worth every dollar that I tip

I came to eat with my daughter, and a white employee with a tattoo, I think it’s the same one who always treats people badly—was incredibly rude and impolite. I would give zero stars of if I could. If you plan to eat at the Fern Creek Chipotle after 8 PM, don’t bother.
I stopped by around 8:30 PM and was shocked at what I experienced. The staff had already started breaking down the steam table, they were out of multiple items, the chicken looked completely inedible, the rice was dry, and overall the food looked old.
When I politely asked about the quality of the food being served, the employee’s response was: “You don’t have to eat here.” That’s unacceptable. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue at this location—consistently poor service and horrible food quality.

This has to be the worst chipotle in town. Mobile orders are never ready when they are supposed to be, and portions are tiny. This is also the third time that I’ve placed a mobile order here and not gotten the guacamole I paid for on my salad–am I supposed to open up the container and check it before I leave the Drive-thru pickup lane? Didn’t get the dressing in the bag, either. Kind of defeats the whole purpose of even having mobile order-ahead if you feel like you have to order inside and watch them make your food so they don’t mess it up. Guacamole is literally the first ingredient listed on the ticket, too

Third time we’ve been to this location and it is not the charm. Smallest portions I have ever gotten at a chipotle. The kids quesadilla was literally half the size of the other locations and the burrito was pathetic. Food tastes alright, but for the price, they are really stingy with their portions. Will not be coming back here

After 9pm they start lying that they don’t have any guacamole. They don’t tell you this before you start ordering, but until you are done and have to accept the food. Also the customer service is a bit sub par here, rather go to qdoba.

Placed and online order ahead of time so I can eat on my lunch break (work across the street from this location” picked up my food and the entire bag is wet and ripping and my burrito was ice cold and the tortilla was so soggy it was falling apart. Now I don’t have time to get anything else so now I have to eat at 10:30 when I’m off. Thanks a lot
