Had a very bad experience. Unacceptable to say the least. Which I was shocked by. Had orderd a family meal and paid $60 & ended up with kids meal. I called customer service and they had me on hold for more then 15 mins trying to figure out what they going to do about the situation..I drove back to the restaurant shortly before they were closing and there was a super line but the girl who fixed my order was like is something wrong..I was like im missing all the ma I n food..chicken beans rice cheese lettuce which was supposed to be for 4-6 people which all they gave me was a cup of each which still wasn’t the correct amounts and since customer service gave me my money back and at least 2 of us had something to eat then I was somewhat ok, pissed though that I had to go back and I felt like they knew they didn’t give me all.my food.

I fell while leaving this restaurant. It was a rainy day, but no one helped me. Someone coming into the restaurant helped me up. The manager on duty didn’t know what to do, so she called the general manager. He was new and didn’t know what to do. I asked for the video footage and they refused to share it with me. I have a huge knot on my head.

There were bits of beef in my chicken, the staff were rude, the food was nasty and I paid for a chimichurri sauce and they didn’t give it to me, I didn’t realise until I was away.

It was not possible to order ahead – Online Ordering was turned off at 6pm on a Friday (1/9/26)
As such, I went in to the restaurant to order dinner in person. As I approached the line, I witnessed a group of customers being told by the cook that he would not be making any more steak for ‘a long, long time’. That group then left the store.
I approached the food line and took a look at the bins that hold the hot food. Most of them were near empty, with dried out, crusty ingredients. I decided to leave and go to Qdoba (across the street).
Believe all the 1-star reviews for this location, it’s truly the worst.

It was the middle of the afternoon and they weren’t busy but the place was absolutely dirty. Everybody on a break but nobody taking the time to clean.
I wouldn’t have even talked about that stuff but my order was cold. After i waited 20 minutes cause i placed it online
And nobody was in there.
Tacos were okay but some fatty meats on there and the worst part is i didn’t get any napkins or silverware to go. Luckily i could get all the stuff that spilled or didn’t make it on my taco with some chips

This was hands down the most unsatisfying food I have ever eaten. I am just going to comment on my meal- though my partner’s burrito bowl was also incorrect. It started with our food being incorrectly labeled for what was in each container- no biggy though. It was inside the containers that mattered. The beef barbacoa in my quesadilla…I’m not even sure could be classified as meat. Incredibly overcooked and stringy to the point that much of it was hard…as if it was left in a fridge to dry out over a period of days. Considering we ordered our food about 10minutes before picking it up, that’s a little concerning. The tiny bit of cheese that was on it, was barely noticeable. Such a thin layer at the bottom that again- also seemed as if it had been sitting for hours and got slightly hard and rubbery. None of the ingredients were actually put in the quesadilla, they were all packaged on the side- which then made it incredibly hard to eat as of course now there was no room for it to fit all together….which is kind of the point of a quesadilla… I tried my best to shove it in the tortillas, but of course it didn’t work so well. Extremely dissatisfied.

Might actually be the worst chipotle in the country. This place should be shut down. I work in the area so I’ve given this place way too many chances trying to go get a good lunch for myself. Rarely have fresh food in the bins, the employees couldn’t care less about who walks through the door. Always takes several minutes to even be acknowledged. Consistently the worst service I’ve ever received. There’s a Qdoba down the block that’s much better who have been and will be receiving my business going forward. The management / operators of this Chipotle should be ashamed of themselves, but they’re probably just as pathetic as the employees.

Worst chipotle in all of Louisville. My order was almost 30 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready, I go to sit down to wait & sit in a pool of liquid on one of the chairs that smells like straight vinegar & soaks through my pants leaving a huge stain. I brush it off because I’m just going home but if I was heading back to work that would’ve been a major issue. I get home to eat & realize my quesadilla is literally ALL MEAT & NO CHEESE & also burnt & the rice was dry & hard. I can’t believe I spent money on this. They probably thought they were hooking me up with meat but this is obnoxious. Horrible.

Sharing with you the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. I work in management, and if my employees behaved the way your team did, I would fire them immediately. On Friday night, 12/5, we were walking out of our hotel, the Hyatt Regency, and were delighted to see that Chipotle was right next door, as it was freezing and we didn’t want to walk far. We arrived at the door and thought how lucky we were that it said it was open until 9:00. We walked in, and the restaurant was not very clean. We got to the counter, and you could tell the 3 employees were very irritated that we were in there. They had already started cleaning to shut down. I got up to order our food and was told there was no steak. Ok, not a huge deal. We ordered bowls. With each scoop of every item you could see they didn’t care at all about how they were serving it. Get to the guacamole and they spoon in a giant amount. Sour cream, same thing. I would guess more than a cup of sour cream. Whatever, we had just arrived to Louisville, we will eat it and go back to the hotel to go to bed. We are sitting there eating and we hear “the lobby is closed.” We weren’t sure if they meant for new customers or everyone. There was about 15 others dining. A few minutes later we hear “I don’t know if you can’t hear or not, but we said the lobby is closed.” So, we asked are we not allowed to finish our food. They girl who I assume was the team lead got into an argument with another woman who was eating with her family. We replied, the door said your open til 9:00. The team lead girl said,”Not the lobby, it closes at 8:30 and everyone needs to leave.” I have never been treated this way in any restaurant. I can only imagine it is still open because it is in downtown Louisville and most of the business is from tourist that don’t know any better. No way would I ever step foot in there again. We frequent Chipotle back home inTN because it is less the 3 miles from my home. This experience was so bad that I will not be back at that one either. I am really that angry over the way that we and everyone else was treated.

Very upsetting experience. My son and I began dining in around 8:40 PM after purchasing food, with no notice that dine-in was ending. Around 8:50 PM, a cleaning staff member yelled at my son to leave while he was still eating. She returned shortly after and threatened to call the police if we didn’t leave immediately.
My son is a minor and became very stressed. We were forced to leave without finishing the food we paid for. If there is a dine-in cutoff, it should be clearly communicated and enforced respectfully, not through shouting or threats. This behavior was unacceptable and ruined our visit.
