I’ve always felt like Chipotle hate is so forced until my last visit. I had to ask for more of everything because I was only getting half of a scoop in my bowl THEN I decided to get chips and queso. Queso was great per usual but I got the literal crumbs of the chip bowl. I kid you not the bag was less than 1/4 full (I’ve ordered the same size before and had more chips than I could eat). They were also so salty and only a handful of them were worth dipping.

I ordered via the app & had my food brought to me by a friend that was headed to me (an hour & 20 away). I redeemed the reward for the free queso & adding the side of chimichurri to my bowl . Both were left off and I was so sad because I was so excited to get a good lunch . Even pushed my lunch back 3hrs just to not have my complete order . Tried reaching out through customer service but it wouldn’t submit my ticket .

Do not go here past 8 they will run completely out of things and sit there and look crazy when you don’t want just rice and meat. Completely unacceptable to just not have anything prepped 2 hours from close. Employee went straight to his phone after he made my bowl with a total of 3 things in it. Rice was crunchy too this is just unacceptable.

I typically drive 10 minutes to get the the Flowood location because since they’ve opened they e been consistently incredible on every metric.
This place… God. The lady put half a scoop of rice into my burrito bowl and asked what my protein was. I asked her for more and she did her best to make the second scoop of rice even more skimpy.
The attitude I received from this young woman was awful. Blunt, uncaring, empty eyes, just ready to go, and it was obvious. The rice didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl.
I asked for tortillas after the bowls were done and I got the pictured bundle of tortillas.
All around bad experience. I’ll update rating on food after I eat.

For the most part this locations service, efficiency, and quality of food is good however today when I got my food I am missing the majority of my toppings & highly disappointed on not being properly informed on why specific ingredients were not added to my meal when I use the same order online every time I come in.
