I placed this order thru door dash and is this bowl 11 dollars worth??? Very small serving, plenty of rice. I asked for chicken it’s wasn’t a full serving nor was the lettuce. It’s time to start just make our own and choose some place that actually wants serves.

The location is hard enough to get to so the drive thru option is great until you pick up your mobile order on your lunch break and open it and realize you ordered extra cheese and extra chicken and didn’t get it. Not even close. This bowl looks like it was made from the kid menu but we definitely paid that grown folk price. Also asked for lite lettuce. Be for real lol this is basically no lettuce. You don’t make bowls like this when we standing in your face so why do it for mobile orders. I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR and that is a problem.

Never have I been to a Chipotle like this before. No greetings of hospitality when you walk in until they are ready to serve you, they don’t replenish all of their food items once they’re empty and they give you the slightest amount possible. I got a chicken bowl made by one of the young women that was there and she put the smallest amount of chicken possible in my bowl. Not to mention there was no fajita vegetables in sight. I asked her are you all going to cook some more she said yes around 3p.m. I came to this establishment at 2p.m in the afternoon. She specifically told me you have to catch it earlier. So now im thinking to myself what if 3 items were missing from the line.. would I still be charged full price for a mediocre bowl?? Never again will I come to this particular Chipotle. My first and last and I was disappointed. Obviously after seeing other reviews.. management seems to not have any positive reinforcements from all the recent complaints.

This was the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The employees were great but the food was horrible! The food had no good flavor, and there was avocado skin in the guacamole. It was a waste of money for all three of us because we all threw our food away. It was so gross!

My daughters love Chipotle. However, this location has messed up my order for the last three times I went there… In a 4 year period. My daughter ordered a sofritas bowl and there was everything in it except sofritas. Then she ordered it again and it was only sofritas in it. I once ordered a sofritas bowl with all the basic items and guac. There were only three items in it and it looked like baby spit up. I think they maybe should repeat the order back, show the order, or something because I have never had this trouble at any other Chipotle.

This is the slowest location ever! First visit I waited 15 minutes in line to order inside because the employees were talking to the one customer in front of me. There were at least 8 employees in the restaurant that I could see and only one employee was actually working. Everyone else including what looked like the manager was just walking around and talking. The second visit I decided to place my order online for pick up in the drive thru. Waited 30 minutes in line to pick up my order. There were 9 bags all lined up waiting to be picked up. The employee will let you sit and wait at the window for a couple of minutes before coming over to give you your order. Don’t come to this location, go somewhere else!

Can’t rate my food good because I can’t eat it. I’m traveling and ordered online, when picked up, informed that they don’t have forks nor spoons. Do what am I supposed to do now? I can’t eat my bowl with my bare hands. If I would’ve ordered a burrito, then it wouldn’t been a big deal.

So this is the 4th time I have ordered from the app, and my order was incorrect . I have ordered this bowl with the new Honey Chipotle chicken, and I get extra everything. So I got my bowl, and there were no veggies at all . It was like that on Thursday night when I ordered this for a salad . I don’t understand because I paid for extra, and I don’t get it, so it feels like I got robbed . I might try a different location tomorrow night or just stop chipotle all together .

Just another chipotle skimping portions on a bowl i paid $20 for. Absolutely insane. Ordered carne asada and felt like a begger hoping theyd give me enough. Chipotle has sold out, and I will never stop giving them garbage reviews for their robbery. $20 for a half full bowl is pathetic.

We visited this Chipotle for dinner around 8 and had a good experience. The staff was patient while we ordered, and the food was good. All of the options were available. The garlic steak is a tasty new option.
Giving 4 stars because for the dining area not being clean. It was not busy and staff was standing around. We chose to sit down to enjoy our food and no table tops were visibly clean.
