On October 31, I placed an online pickup order for a sofritas quesadilla with fajitas. When I checked my order, the fajitas were missing, so I politely informed the staff. They insisted it was made correctly and even tried to hand me a cup of fajitas on the side. I declined. A team member remade the order, but when I asked what protein she used, she said “chicken.” I explained that I had ordered sofritas, and she became visibly frustrated. I told her it was fine—I’d just cancel the order. The manager then stepped in, corrected the mistake, and Chipotle’s online chat support issued me a free entrée reward.
On my most recent visit, I ordered the exact same thing: a sofritas quesadilla with cheese and fajitas. The bag felt unusually light, and when I checked, it was a kids’ quesadilla. When I mentioned it to the manager, she said, “Oh, it may be the way she rolled it,” which doesn’t make sense since quesadillas aren’t rolled. I asked if I could cancel the order and get a bowl instead; she told me to call 1-800-Chipotle and said she’d throw away the food.
While waiting to speak with support, I overheard staff repeatedly saying “it’s giving,” clearly referring to me—as if I’m the issue for simply requesting the correct order. I’ve even had a broken utensil in my food before, and the only response has been a few free entrée coupons rather than addressing the underlying problem.
To be clear, I’m not asking for anything extra—just the food I ordered, prepared correctly, without the unnecessary attitude.
If you visit this location, I recommend double-checking your order before leaving. Hopefully, management will step in soon to improve the quality and professionalism of this store.

The Service leaders name is Shey or Shay she is very rude and has a terrible attitude. She doesn’t deserve a position in management because she doesn’t have business or customer skills.
I visited today August 7th 2025. I walked through the line. I asked for half barbacoa and half honey chipotle chicken. Then I got to the register and they wanted to charge me for full when I didn’t even ask for full. So they she went to get the girl who took my order and the girl said that I said full which I did not. Which I was on the phone at the time and I asked the person whom I was on the phone with did I say that she said no. So it seems the worker just was just doing as wanted. So the manager threw away the plate and said that I would have to get it remade. So she threw it away which was wasteful. Disgraceful!!! So then the customers and the workers were like why would she throw it away she could have just given you it. They were all confused. Which I waited for a while because she said they were going to remake my food but they never did so I left so now you made a loss on sales and profit because you created a loss situation and failed to rectify the situation. Never…this place deserves better management! Shay is terrible!
You never throw food away in front of the customer!
Going forward there should be training on customer service, p&l, emotional intelligence and training, loss of repeat business, hospitality and communication!
Edit
On August 20th, I visited and they were closed early. If you close at 11pm close at 11:00pm not 10:30 or 10:20!
Our server appeared very unprofessional. His clothing looked sloppy, and the way he handled the food was careless. He also had tissues around his ears, which looked unsanitary while preparing and serving food.
On top of that, the serving line had food spilled all over it and did not look clean or well maintained. Overall, the environment and service felt very unprofessional.
This location is a very poor representation of the brand, which is disappointing because I’ve always enjoyed this restaurant in the past.
It was more than 2 hours before closing, and they were completely out of almost everything — no cheese, no guacamole, no fajita veggies, no medium salsa, and not even any forks. When I asked if they could restock, they said they weren’t restocking anything and what I see is what I get.
Not to mention that when I finally got my food, it was cold!!! At that point, it was clear no one cared about anything that was happening in that restaurant.
Also, the place itself was a mess!! Tables dirty, trash everywhere, supplies unstocked. The staff were also very apparently checked out, unfriendly, and not caring about anything.
I honestly couldn’t believe how awful everything was at this Chipotle.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! 0/5 stars
So I asked, “Since y’all aren’t going to make it, can I get some queso instead?” The heavy-set guy said it would be an upcharge—and sure enough, they charged me for queso I never even received.
First and last time I’ll ever come to this location.
