This was one of the worst meals I’ve ever paid for. $14 for a burrito that fits in the palm of my hand is unacceptable. The portion size was embarrassingly small and nowhere near what Chipotle advertises or has served in the past.

The store is very dirty and the staff can be rude. There was sour cream smeared all over my lid, even though I did not order sour cream. Other than that the food is delicious. I get the kids meal and it’s the perfect amount of food.
I appreciate that Chipotle has tofu so I have options as a vegetarian. Fajita veggies are NOT good.

Apparently their P.O.S. was down so I couldn’t order :/ the girl at the counter was honestly rude about it and just told me they’re not serving anyone I asked if she knew when it would be up and she just told me they can’t serve anyone… like ok very helpful i understand it’s not really her fault but u could even just say “I’m not sure sorry for the inconvenience.” People were eating so I guess I got there when it just went down?? This was my first time in a while going here and I’m just taking it as a sign to continue eating elsewhere

I’ve been in this chipotle several times and only a handful of times have the staff been nice. I work late so the only time I can grab food is about an hour before closing time. They give you dirty looks if you come in at a later time. I understand it’s inconvenient but you are clocked in to work until closing so I don’t really understand why people have to be so upset especially if someone is paying you for a service. I constantly see the same people working at the front and the register and they are not friendly. The manager is not that nice either. They also do not portion sizes very well. I’m writing this review in hopes that maybe they will change the way they tell their employees how to interact because it’s becoming less of an enjoyment for me and several people to visit this location.

The people that is working at Chipotle is down right rude and mean to everyone. I’ve not been inside one time without them having an attitude with people!! I don’t know. This puts the last nail in for me, never eating here again. It’s the only one I’ve ate at that makes a big deal about extra stuff on your bowl. I thought it was supposed to be free? Oh well they’ll end up getting closed down with bad leadership. Just read all the 1 star reviews! They all are talking about how badly they get treated there in Cookeville.

The food is typically good but the staff at this location is consistently rude. They will mock customers right in front of them then say they didn’t and laugh. The “manager” is just as rude as the staff. The food is expensive and to treat customers the way they do shows they don’t appreciate the business at all.

I doordash and go in and out all the time, I wanted to place an order for myself and got food there on 12-13-25 and I don’t know what was going on but all the people that spoke to me was very hateful to say the least. The older woman at the cash register looked like she was old enough to be their mom. Abunch of children working and creating a bad environment for good energy. I guess I’ll just never go back. Here’s a bird y’all can have . I can see someone left a review where they recorded the interactions with them, I would very much like to see it cause I can vouch and say they are awful to customers there. You just don’t treat people like that. Peace out, you won’t be catching me there again. Not even for door dash.

Trash everywhere, including the kitchen. Kitchen was especially filthy. Staff were really rude when it was not even rush hour. (We were the only ones there) Chips were burnt and barely edible. Found a huge piece of plastic from god knows where in the food. Not worth the $40 we paid.

I ordered mine online and then went to pick it up tonight. It wasn’t busy, I ordered the chips and a large queso dip, a carnitas burrito bowl and my fiancé ordered a chicken burrito. Our food was fresh, service was fast, and we enjoyed our meal.
