There’s no way to be polite, this is the nastiest restaurant I’ve ever been in. The food prep and serving counters were both covered in food and when there was a break in customers no one cleaned it for the 25 minutes I was in the store. Trash was all over the floor in the dining area, especially under the garbage can. The employee taking and making orders was going to the kitchen and eating between customers and not washing her hands afterwards. When I asked to speak to the manager it was a young employee that had just been laughing with the employee that was eating between orders. I spent 23 years in the food service industry and if I were an inspector I would’ve shut this restaurant down.

A new store with a lot of details still to work out. At lunch time the store was pretty dirty – tables and floor needed tending to. The staff looked pretty worn out and on edge. I imagine it’s been a long week for them.

I used to love Chipotle in California. I was excited that Columbia now has one. The first time I went in a young man was making my burrito and another employee walked up to him and said the manager told her to tell him to “put less beans on”. That shouldn’t be said in front of customers. Every table inside and outside was dirty. I enjoyed the burrito.

The burrito had potential. With everything I had put in it, it was dry, not juicy. The wrap seemed hard to chew, so I ate the inside. I should have got the bowl.

Went to chipotle on April 23, 2023. While ordering the older short black lady was really rude not only to us but to her staff. She yelled at the taller lady who was getting queso and saying she was all in her space when in fact the black lady came into her space. She wasn’t friendly and made us feel uncomfortable with her attitude. It made us feel so uncomfortable that we decided to eat in our car instead of sitting inside in the dining area. We visit on a weekly basis and never felt this way before. Please address with her how to act towards customers. If this lady cannot provide the best customer service maybe working for Chipotle isn’t a good fit.

I have eaten at Chipotle in Franklin and Spring Hill several times. I always get the same thing, a chicken quesadilla. We went to the Columbia location last night and I placed my order and was told I had to order quesadilla’s on the app. I can’t order them in person.

One of my favorite places to eat and so glad to see one in Columbia now! I do wonder if the owner knows they start stacking chairs on the tables and emptying the bins an hour and twenty minutes before closing time. I thought they were closed and pulled into a spot to decide where yo go instead when my son looked the hours up on his phone and said I think they are open! Didn’t get the meat I wanted and most of the toppings were empty or already removed! There’s either no manager or one of those kids was the “manager”.
